Yeah its got to ber a fill in costume because for a film with a 250 million dollar budget that costume is cheap looking to say the least .

The only one that has ever had an expensive costume in these films is Batman because frankly he's the only one that can afford one, and the other villains don't really have costumes per se.

There is no way in hell that is part of the real costume. I could go into a dollar store right now and buy an equally amazing mask. It was probably just worn by the stand-on to set up and light shots.
