Problem I have with that is that Nolan has spent the last 2 films trying convey this sense of reality to the series that to simply say '**** it, that'll do' in terms of hiding her identity will look effing stupid. The mask is not there to hide her identity, that's the only answer it can be.

The thing is that the area around the eyes is how most people identify a person. I've walked into places that I go everyday and people didn't recognizance me with sunglasses on. Most People are not that observant.

Good to hear. I like the Arkham City look as well, but give me live action Hathaway over computer pixels any day. Her long legs look jaw droppingly good in the costume. I demand a quality photo shoot, posters and other merchandise.

The possibility of the goggles making the "cat ears" was always a strong theory, especially when someone made an amazing manip with it, that looks identical to what we're seeing now. It still doesn't change someones opinion, as that thought has always been on the table for discussion. It's lazy. So she has goggle ears. Good for her......

When the pic showed up, some people were very adamant that that was it and there were not going to be ears. This is lazy, but a cowl with ears isn´t? Really bad spin there.

Hiding your eyebrows with a small mask is sure going to protect your identity lol.

The suit is great but I really wanted her to have cat ears so I guess I should be happy about this. The look is just okay I guess. Reminds me of Julie Newmar but it was never my favorite Catwoman look but it's definitely not the first time I disagreed with the costumes in Nolan's Batman films.

The look is just "okay". It's not a deal breaker but I'd rather prefer a cowl.

Some of these complaints are just downright silly and inconsequential to the character or the movie.

They are, but this is still going to another hellish two to three months on here. I can almost see the flaming and criticism approaching.

This does not totally rule out the possibility of a cowl. The spy reports from Gill and Rag suggested there was more to the suit than the official still, and I doubt that only means that the the visor will be pushed up to form cat-ears.

Even if there is no cowl, I have to say that I would be satisfied with any kind of cat ears, and this does technically count.
