Perhaps they shot all the dark-hair Selina stuff months ago and now she's back to her natural hair color since it will be concealed for Catwoman..... hopefully.

Maybe they're using day-for-night filters localised on Anne Hathaway's hair to give her that extra glossy edge.

I don't know what people consider dark, but i know it's not light, besides a couple of highlights. Also, its up in a bun pony tail whatever kind of thing, that isn't really the best way to judge when most of the highlights are exposed.

Maybe she'll zigzag hair-wise through the film, or Nolan will use her hair colour as the barometer to suggest the chronological order of an otherwise non-chronological film.

I just can't wait to see her in the whole getup. But i do have some concerns, i mean Anne is hot and all but i'm not sure if she is curvy enough, but something tells me that this is going to be the most un sexy getup of catwoman's yet so curvy is the least of worrys i suppose. I'm more interested to see where they take the character, what road there more leaning towards.. i just hope they shy away from the whole year one hooker deal, *Shutters* Cause that was just seriously unnesserary, hey i'm all for serious tones and dark underbellies to stories, but making catwoman, (A beloved character mind you) a hooker was just disrespectful to the batman mythology, and felt like they were just saying "hey look, this is a mature story..to prove it we've made catwoman a ****e..watch next as we might turn batman into a pimp "

Here's a thought concerning the picture....

What if that woman is just an extra in the middle of a scene or in the middle of a rehearsal for a scene? There is clearly a cop lying on the ground at her feet and what looks like a cop leading this group in a line from the right side of the picture to the left.

That cop wouldn't be lying there unless they were filming. If that were Selina Kyle, I highly doubt they would need a stunt double for something like that.
