I don't remember you being one but there are posters on this board who claim Laurel is nonredeemable for some badly written episodes but want the Huntress back after she killed multiple US Marshalls Irrational grief or cop killer which is worse? That is a perfect example of what I am talking about.

She is not redeemable for the specific character they want her to become, which is the main Black Canary and the main love interest that lives happily after with Oliver in peace. Huntress is less redeemable, but that is fine because the show isn't acting as if she is. At least not to the same extent as it acts that Laurel is.

While I did find Katie Cassidy hot during the first season, I don't anymore. Not sure why but her face always looks like its changing.... And not in a good way.

Fans always hate the female character that criticizes the main hero.

It's amazing that writers don't stop doing this cause it always comes from a place of misunderstanding. The fans know the whole story and the specific character only reacts to a fraction of information over an entire season.

Put on top of that the usual bad writing of female characters and you get this repeating cycle of character hate.

I'd rather they do their own Ra Al Ghul instead of relying on Nolanverse.

Most of the people watching this show are comic fans who are use to new versions of the same characters.

I would like to see something different instead of just mimicking or invoking.
