Best episode of the season. The club fight was great, the F/L scene was great, the flashbacks mattered and even the worst character on the show was revealed to have a evil purpose.

So DJ *****ebag DOES have a purpose beyond being annoying after all. Now Merlyn's REALLY going to kill him.

I like seeing Laurel have a tough time superheroing and Roy coming to save her. Interesting conflict between Thea and Malcolm. Nice to see Ray Palmer try to kick some ass. Brick City! The Maseo and Tatsu scenes have been really good lately. Black Canary's helicopter escape was kind of crazy and unexpected. Looks like Katana might return with Oliver to Starling City. I've said it before not telling Lance that his daughter is dead is messed up and Laurel actually impersonated Sara even more so. Nice reveal about the DJ at the end.

lol; poor Thea...it seems like every dude that she's kissed (or attempted) to kiss has some mysterious dark secret as of late.

She tried to kiss Tommy, who ended up being revealed as her half-brother.

She kissed Roy (and entered in a relationship with him) who would latter become secret allies with Green Arrow and possess the mirakuru serum within him for a period.

Now she kisses the DJ who is revealed to be an agent for the LOA.lol

Yes, I'm am beyond sick and tired of this whole "Lance doesn't know" bullcrap. It was annoying to begin with. Now, it's just insufferable.

So now not only is Laurel a terrible person for lying to her father, she's also blatantly impersonating her dead sister to her father AND the rest of Team Arrow is helping her do it?

Not that I agree with them of course, but I'm guessing that they see lying to Lance as the lesser evil than telling him the truth, thus him potentially suffering from a fatal heart attack.

Yes. Not only are the writers insisting of keeping this nonsense going, but now they're making it WORSE! Yes, I'm sure that Lance finding out that not only is his one daughter dead, but that his other daughter and her friends have been lying to him about it all this time (to the point of impersonating her) is going to be SO MUCH better for his health, ugh.

Overall a good one. I give them props for making laurel pretty crap at heroics, but I'm still never going to see her as black canary. Roy and Diggle were great as ever and even the Thea stuff wasn't so bad.
The one thing I think they really dropped the ball on though is Ollie's "death", he was barely even hurt. Apparently they actually made a Lazurous Pit set so hopefully they use it for something good (like bringing Sara back).

What laurel is doing to her dad is wrong...

Felicity could have called lance and gotten the same result.

Hopefully not. No offense.

Loved seeing Roy and Dinah Laurel teaming and that Dinah Laurel is rough around the edges. I hope Tatsu goes to Starling City with Oliver. Ray showed what he can do in front of Felicity

I really enjoyed this episode.
First off,I thought Laurel was very good.Probably Katie's best acting in a long while. However,I think it's gonna get old pretty fast to see her stumbling around "Greatest American Hero" style, while she's learning on the job.I know they want to appease the folks that are dying to cry "She shouldn't be a bad*** after only 3 months of boxing lessons!",but really,I'd rather suspend disbelief and have her be a half decent fighter than go through the rest of the season like this.

So is this supposed to count as Caity Lotz last appearance this year?As a sound effect? Very disappointing.BC voice modulater sounded so bad,I wouldn't mind if Caity took over BC's voice full time.

It was pretty stupid, all things considered, for Laurel to show up as BC and not expect Lance to want to contact her thinking it was Sara. She seemed ill prepared for the situation.

Roy finally got some presence here,(despite still being underutilized). I found it odd,he finally decided to confront Malcolm in that manner. But,at least he did it.I was disappointed in his silence last week,as you may recall.Glad to see Roy had some "gumption".(That's the word of the week.Thank you Flash.:woot:)

Felicity's change of heart and all the scenes with Ray were very welcomed.

Flashbacks were good. Still,I can't help wondering why Ollie and Katana's husband could just pick up and leave to save Katana without Waller stopping them. Why don't they try getting Ollie the heck outta there, now? One good turn and all that.

So Malcolm and Thea are going to stand their ground. Kinda wonder how this all plays out. Is Ra's going to try to kill Ollie again? Well,it was already spoiled that the DJ was LOA,but it could've been a cool moment.:whatever: Such is the risks of the internet.

As someone with experience could tell you,if Ollie was drinking penicillin in it's raw form,he would not have a pleasant expression on his face. :oldrazz:

Can't wait for Arrow's great return next week!

I agree that arrow's whole death arc was lame. His season 1 beatdown which ended up with him in the hospital seems worse than his ras stabbing and falling off a cliff. Wtf.

I don't think laurel expected a cell phone vid being taken and shown to her dad.

Caity Lotz will guess star in person in the episode 'Canaries'.

If you don't mind getting spoiled, then you can read on...

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe Caity is expected to return for at least one more episode in the form of an hallucination, created by Laurel being exposed to the newest form of Vertigo, which has her going up against the illusion of Sara's Canary like how Oliver saw himself in this season's premiere.

Eek...

I'm still waiting that flashback episode showing how she first hooked up with the LOA and Nyssa (not necessarily in that order). Come on writers, you seem to have a flashback-fetish anyway.

Yeah, Laurel and Felicity faking Sara being alive really bothered me. Most of the plot is pretty much on halt as well. The development with Black Canary and Arsenal worked, though, and Ray was hilarious.

Also, a DJ operative of the League make me think of them having a club called "Lazarus Pit".

Eh....I don't know how I feel about this episode. I loved the flashbacks, Brick, Roy proving his haters wrong, and that stupid DJ signing his death warrant, but I just can't get over....

Cold air and a will to live keeping Oliver alive.

Yeah that was dumb. How is that anymore "realistic" than the Lazarus Pits? He got stabbed in the chest and fell hundreds of feet off of a cliff. Cold air or not, he's not surviving that.

Only slightly more plausible than the Pit.

I think they might be saving it for a grand showing by reviving Ra's himself.

Well,we all know they love to riff off Nolan's Bat-Films,and people excepted a broken back being cured by a punch to the back and hanging on a rope for a fortnight.

Judging by the promo for next week, the similarities to TDKR won't end there.:woot:
