Do you have a full bar of 50 allies? With how random GBs are appearing, it's best to have as many allies playing as possible.

I still only have about a dozen. The live chat has given me a chance to add a batch of new ones recently, but I've never had very many.

Mute both, that way can watch videos or do other things. Every once in a while I'll try with music or sound just to see what new stuff they've added.
