I didn't get the slightest hint of romantic interest from Thor towards Jane. Perhaps if they ever introduce Donald Blake.

The quality of the romance is irrelevant. The fact that it's there and that Natalie Portman is playing Jane means there's pretty much no hope for Thor/Sif in the movies.

The problem with most triangles is that it's usually way too obvious who they want you to root for. If they go all Sif/Thor/Jane on us my instincts tell me they'll want us to side with Jane. The first film invested more in her and she's played by the better known actress.

Speaking as someone who has never been into or read any stand alone Thor comics, I enjoyed the Thor/Jane relationship started in the movie.

I want more of that in the sequel.

I think you're being a little over-dramatic this time out. Rulk got it way worse than Thor did. Thor caught as many punches as did everyone. If anything he was about to get his ass handed to him by Namor until Cap gave Wanda the go order to perform her hex to drive the Phoenix out of Namor.

He was already knocked out by the time Namor fought Wanda. Some stuff probably ended up off panel but Namor was dragging him by the cape when he went up against Wanda. She didnt stop Namor from doing anything to Thor as that battle was already over

Thor didn't do as badly here as he's done elsewhere. He got two good hits in on Namor. Each of the other heavy-hitters only got one, and both Rulk and the Thing were f***ed up way worse than Thor was at the end of the fight. Plus, right off the bat, it's friggin' Namor. It's nowhere near as pathetic for Thor to lose to Namor in general as it would be for him to lose to Emma f***ing Frost.

It's been happening consistently since, what, week two of this event? I've made my peace with it. There'll be other events. A successful movie franchise pretty much guarantees Thor will have his day again. If Hercules were involved and getting his ass kicked at every turn, then I'd be concerned.

Namor beat the hell out of all the avengers...until they knocked him out at which point the phoenix decided to peace out of namor and merge with the remaining 4. Oh, and chuck threatened to shut off Scott's mind despite the fact that namor's the only one who went nutso and the 4 of them were presumably going to stop him.

I say they fall in this order. Namor, Illyana, Collossus, Emma and finally Scott. I see Piotr raging out if and when Illyana loses her power and gets taken out
