The Dark Knight Based On The Ledger Casting - Who Do You Think Will Be Cast As Dent?

if everyone wants realism mixed with grim and gritty in the dark knight why would harley quinn be in the movie. i say no robin, no harley, no henchmen with villain logo jackets, and no camp.

Harley can easily be done without any camp. her storyline lends itself to drama easily seeing how the relationship between Harley and Joker is typical abusive relationship.

After seeing some IMDB photos of Bana in a suit and looking very Harvey Dent-ish. I would have to say Bana is my top pick to be Dent/Two Face right now. Someone can make a heckuva manip of him as Two Face if they use those photos on IMDB.

Why does Harvey Dent need to be a "smooth pimp". Him being married adds to the tragedy of what happens to him. Besides, TLH Harvey > TAS Harvey any day of the week.

actually TAS Harvey was engaged. so he wasn't a "smooth pimp" in that either. a hybrid of the two storylines is, in my opinion, the best way to go for his character.

take the already present duality, and broken psyche of TAS Harvey, and add it into the married man trying to do-right Harvey of TLH. it'll be amazing.

Can't really comment on her acting. But she is a bit skinny, needs to put on more weight than that. She has the "f**k me I'm Catwoman" look in that 2nd pic though.

I became more aware of Shannyn Sossamon after I watched her performances in 40 Days and 40 Nights and The Rules of Attraction.

She's a not a favorite choice of mine for Catwoman but I could see her playing the role. Her acting needs a little work.

i kinda want cusack to play dent. he's a versatile actor and can pull off a tough as nails district attorney.

I was suprised that Cusack's name was mentioned for the sequel. I really only see him starring in films that are a comedy, drama or romance.

As for Shannyn Sossamon, she is smokin' hot. I'll have to go back and go through Batman: Hush to see how much Sossamon resembles Catwoman.

Well, that'd work for Dent, and it would help for the audience to feel sympathy for Two-Face.

I don't see Cusack fitting into the role at all. Nothing against him, but I think there are some better choices out there. And really, I'm not exactly sure who I want for the role of Dent. At one time I was thinking Ralph Fiennes could play the role of Harvey Dent/Two-Face.

umm...Cusak is off/wrong for Dent. Dent isn't a loser/neurotic type.
Cusak is forever the guy from Say Anything in my mind. that's not Dent.

i could see Jason Isaacs or Ralph Fiennes as Dent. they're both great actors, but can Isaacs get rid of the posh accent? i know Fiennes is a versatille enough actor to not even worry about.

I haven't seen Isaacs in much outside of Harry Potter, in which, while I don't want to get into an argument about those movies, he played a pretty P.O.ed Malfoy. I'm not sure about the accent thing, but I figured he fits right in with the whole "British actors" trend. Not that all Batman actors have to be British, but I'm just throwin' it out there...

cusack is a good actor. his 80s movies are the reason everyone thinks he's a lovable loser. i didn't think heath ledger could pull off the joker,but they cast him. so it wouldn't surprise me if cusack were cast as dent. isaacs is way to old for the franchise, so is cusack but i think cusack could play a younger dent.when i say younger i mean early 30s.

isn't cusack like much older than issacs? cusack looks realy old to me and he's been around for a while so he must be pretty old...and considering this is still the batman begins franchise, dent should also be young and a new d.a, i'm liking Gerard Butler for the role...but as my sig say P.B.W Phillipe Band Wagon and am very much into Phillipe for the role
