The Electrocutioner fight was funny. I remember wondering why waste the space in creating some new villain when they could have used one in Batman's rouge gallery roster. So many to choose from.

After that one punch knockout, it was obvious why.

I remember reading whining youtube comments of people not wanting to buy the game because you knock him out with one kick, and that's it.
Like if the Electrocutioner is a famous character or something. People tend not to think outside their box. The Electrocutioner actually made the game better and more fun.

Much like Begins, it seems inspired by multiple training grounds in the comics - Ducard, Kirigi, etc.

On that panel it's irrelevant whetever he's in the Batman costume or not, that still show's Kirigi's mansion, which was my point.

As for the beard:

Again, Batman inspires the movies and the movies inspire comics, comics inspire games, games inspire comics. It's all a circle.

The Worst Nightmare Batman Skin has been removed from all versions of the game. For PS3 and Xbox 360 players, when completing I Am The Night Mode, players are awarded the Waynetech Theme for PS3** and the Batman Avatar on Xbox 360. PC and Wii U players do not unlock anything upon completion of I Am The Night Mode.

**Currently some players are experiencing issues with unlocking the Waynetech Theme on PS3 after completing I Am The Night Mode. For players reporting this bug, please confirm whether the option to install the theme is available in the Extras> Themes menu, or whether it is greyed out. The next Patch for PS3 is expected to resolve this issue.

Y'know for all it's good points I just can't help but feel AO has so many things where it makes me wonder "what were they thinking?".

Yeah, I think it was Denny O'Neil who said it was just this constant iteration that spanned across the movies, animated series, comics...and now the games. I'd noticed, reading one of the New 52 comics, that the logo used for Arkham Asylum inmates jumpsuits is the same one used in the games, for example. They're just all constantly taking from one another to iterate on the mythology. Which is wonderful, because there are times when one can't tell which came up with one of the favored concepts. I believe that story, "The Man Who Falls" was also one of the inspirations that Nolan and Goyer took to for Batman Begins. I think it was even included in a short collection of comics that had inspired the film, with the collector's edition of the dvd.

I think it's also worth noting that they're setting the Initiation DLC as challenge maps. There's a screenshot where it appears that Bruce is having the entire monastery's ninjas thrown at him...which is Batman Begins-esque, but I'd be surprised if that's not his mentor just trying to get Bruce to fall at some point if he winds up being as good as he ought to be.

And I'm assuming that Bruce w/ a beard will be a skin after this, as well. So, I guess we'll be able to takedown thugs in Gotham...looking like that?

I am thoroughly pleased, that it more the challenge maps and there is a bit of story to it. So happy it's a mix of both. It will be cool.

At SDCC this year it was said the Worst Nightmare skin would be unlocked for 100% the entire game. Nowit's been removed? Odd.

Oh that , yeah Vileone put that up already. But it's cool if any one else missed it still some how they don't have to head back a page over or so.

I have a question.
I had to start I Am The Night mode to get one of the Dark Knight challenges so I can unlock the suit. If I continue it, and end up dying, do I lose my progress AND any progress I made on challenges/collectibles?

I just don't want to die and have to do that challenge againl
