So, the team definitely know that enemies not respawning in Predator rooms is an issue. Let's hope that they'll have a patch ready soon.

Enemies respawn in the open city once you've finished the game yeah? Like in Arkham city.
 
They respawn in the open, but not inside buildings or other closed areas. And some of these challenges are really specific. For example, you have to perform 4 different takedowns in one encounter. And one of those takedowns is a vent takedown. Good luck trying to perform that out in the open. Or taking down 3 thugs with a gas canister. Those aren't located outside.

Yea theres a laundry list of issue for them to fix, hope they get around to adding that to it.
 
I guess the drawback would be that getting the data packets would be way more time consuming if the predator rooms respawn. But I'd take that over having to replay the whole game in a heartbeat, especially since I already have all the data packs lol.

Yea for sure. I FULLY intend to replay the game, multiple times in fact, but i REALLLLLLLY wanna replay the game with that Dark Knight outfit.

Speaking of replaying, anyone tried that I Am The Night mode?

To my knowledge, that challenge...rank 6, can ONLY be done in one specific location that can only be done during the story at the Bank.

Repawning enemies inside the buildings would probably be the best solution to the very specific nature of some of those challenges.

I'll save that one for Christmas Eve.

Where can I find big groups? I have to do the annoying 20 critical hits in one free flow combo.
 
just try to break a street crime, and you'll have no trouble performing this challenge.

Usually, street crimes can lead you to a large group. Sometimes it doesn't, but I've run into enough big groups with a heavy and/or knives/guns thrown in for good measure.
 
These challenges are just really annoying. Especially with the mixed groups, and the fact that they come at you faster than in AC. I think the most I managed so far are 10 consecutive critical hits. And I hate how one of the last challenges, requires me of stop a street crime in each district. Something I'm sure I have already done, but of course I have to do them in order. I love what you did with most of the game WB Montreal, but sometimes I just want to choke you.
 
Oh, and a new patch is out on Steam.

So as you can see, we're really working hard on fixing those issues and will continue to do so.

Have done everything except all of the riddles. Man, I just don't feel like doing it. I can't let riddler just hang out there though. Hopefully I'll have them done by the end of this week.
 
I replayed Arkham City for a bit. Just up to the part where I rescue Catwoman. Good god does the game suddenly feel slow.
 
Just missed my chance to get the Worst Nightmare 8 challenge again - this time in NG+. I was positive I was unseen, and I know I didn't use Detective Vision. I have 3 more Predator rooms to get this - 4 if you count that small bit in the bridge area.

I must have gone ******ed. I currently can't manage to get a 30 hit combo, and do 7 different moves. The sheer variations of enemies can get annoying. At one point there were like 5 guys with shields.
 
This release is embarrassing. How do you make something this buggy? They didn't even need to do the hard work. They just copied City. How the hell did this go so wrong?
 
One thing I hope they fix is the whole resetting to the default costume after you save and quit. I couldn't use any skin during the last bit of the game because, after you take out Firefly, it's straight to the batcave and then Blackgate. No chance to change your suit. So I was stuck with the default suit when I wanted to use the Noel skin.

I definitely hope they will add the option to choose your costume at the select screen in the future. You can still access the challenge maps from the main menu, no reason why you shouldn't be able to choose costumes as well.

Its not that simple. Theres no "copy and paste" in video games development. They still had to do their own coding even though they had all of the assets.

I agree though, their deff fell down on their debugging activities.

Ok course it is more then that, but they didn't build this from the ground up. I have never played the WiiU version of City, but apparently they did the port and it is also buggy.

It is clear they didn't quality test this. It is crazy really.

Most people have stated the view was the clean version besides the frame rate issues compared to other systems and pc fallows it . They did test it . but they called the bug and issues clear as soon as Tgs was taking place. (And I think it was premature. ) I'll send the details to you via pm.

So they were basically completely wrong? Because this is extreme. When they fix one thing, it feels like they break something else. You couldn't finish the game for awhile.

And then there is the Worst Nightmare challenges...
