Batman: Arkham Origins - Part 7

Looks nice but I'm not expecting much despite the metroidvania gameplay, and I do hope it doesn't have any bugs.

I'm down for it, just expecting something fun. Looking forward to the cutscenes, too because I like the look of the art in the motion comic storytelling I've seen from it. And, from what I remember reading...seemed like a solid release with no technical problems. All the glitches and stuff seemed to be a WB Montreal thing, and I don't think they worked on Blackgate.

Hopefully, there's nothing near as bad with Arkham Origins technical issues. It's be a real bummer if there was.

I think this is a decent idea. However, IMHO it should be a bonus for season pass holders. But that's just me.

How long are we supposed to wait in this freeze dlc? I mean i really want to play it, but my 360 is collecting dust.

For what it's worth, I LOVED Blackgate on the Vita and would be curious to see how it translates onto the consoles, considering how much use they made of the touchscreen abilities. (Almost TOO much, maybe.)

A word of warning to those who aren't familiar with it, though - it's VERY much a "seek and find" type of game and based around exploration and puzzle solving, which I can understand isn't for everybody. Combat and thug encounters are minimal.

I played through to 100% completion twice and did not encounter any gitches or bugs whatsoever.

would've been cool if more actual villains break out of Blackgate at the end. I wouldn't have minded tracking down Killer Croc and fighting him again. Would've been pretty cool to have him or maybe some other badguys wandering around like a casual thug.
Also, maybe I still have a bit further to go- but I thought Calendar man was going to play a part in this since the intro kept talking about him- but he never showed up!

This Play-Arts figure needs to be mine.

Theyre nice detailed. But too big, I don't need a 10 inch Deathstroke figure.

He technically shows up when he is freed by "Black Mask", but that's it. They also obviously re-used his model from the previous game.

Just wanted to share a little video if anyone was trying to get the Predator Paragon trophy/achievement without boosting.

it really helped me a lot as I didn't realize some takedowns overlapped. The second hardest part about the challenge other than landing all the takedowns on every enemy is doing it before some jerk quits because their team is losing. In fact, within a minute of me getting the trophy two people quit the game.

Much to my surprise I got the platinum trophy to this game. I think the biggest driving factor for me to get the platinum was that I already got it for the first two games as well. Except predator paragon and the clutch comeback trophies, online was mostly about playing the game for an obscene amount of time. Although I never wanted it, I really enjoy online mode. The Joker and Bane gangs have some nice gimmick sub-weapons that really mix up the game. If you got the time I highly recommend it as match making is much better now. There is unfortunately still a lot of freezing problems, at least on the PS3 that is. Don't feel like you need to spend money for the DLC weapons or the Penguin currency as you definitely don't need to. The DLC shotgun MAY be a bit unbalanced, but you won't encounter it often enough for it to matter.

That video was a great help when I got it. But, man was it hard. Aside from having to keep score on paper, getting an opportunity to do it was a pain as well, because too often the room wouldn't be full and people would drop out or the game would glitch.

I got 'Predator Paragon', but man was it a struggle.

I've been looking at some of the previews for the AO game. It was advertised as being the first in a line of games based around the same storyline…

Has this idea been scrapped, or is there indeed a follow up game in the works?

I think WB Montreal has their hands full as it is, but I wouldn't be surprised if we essentially get a Rocksteady-A Team/ WB Montreal-B Team approach that would get us a Batman game in between whatever Rocksteady releases we get.

But, far as I know that's the dream of most publishers.

Well some of you have seen these in pic's but here's video on it. yes the batman figure's are there but as this reporter found out he can't touch or play with them there. Nintendo allowed him to touch theirs( figure's ) though.

Oh wow that looks AWESOME. I love the Auld Lang Syne song playing over it. Obviously it's set on New Year's.

nice trailer, now let's just hope this isn't a letdown like Harley quinn revenge turned out to be.

Trailer on it's own. It looks 50 times better than the Harley Quinn one.
