All good with me. I quite liked that stuff in the Blackgate game - and I'll give Assault on Arkham a look.

Well, I just got done with the game. I liked the story and cut-scenes. I thought they were really good, but I didn't like this game nearly as much as AA and AC. My biggest gripe was the controls and camera angles. There's some pretty bad lag in the controls, and the camera was all over the place in some spots. I even popped AC in for about 15-20 min to compare, and I didn't have any problems with that game. Also, traversing the map didn't feel as fluid, either. You can definitely tell another developer had their hands on this.

But overall, not bad. I liked it, I just got frustrated with the controls more than anything.

I'd be interested to see what they could do with a Suicide Squad title with Arkham-type mechanics. Hopefully they'd have more time to polish it. I think that was the big problem with Origins.

I may get Cold, Cold Heart is the sale's still going on. I just have some side missions to finish up in the story mode, though. How do you go about unlocking the Deadshot one? I've completed the Mad Hatter, Penguin, Lady Shiva, Black Mask, and Bird side missions so far.

Ash J. Williams, as I recall, at some point during the game, you get like a distress call outside the bank. If you answer it, you'll get caught in a trap by the police, but then Deadshot shoots down the chopper and that unlocks the Deadshot mission as you start to track him down.

XBLA did this last month, and I picked up the different Batsuit skins for $1.25. I also started playing AC again, and the game just feels much better than AO. The combat feels more fluid, the layout of the buildings you go into, etc. Rockstar knows how to craft a game better, and I'm glad they're the ones doing AK.

At E3, Square Enix revealed a new limited edition Play Arts Kai Batman figurine.

At E3, Square Enix revealed a new limited edition Play Arts Kai Batman figurine. The figurine is based on Batman: Arkham Origins and is a limited colour variant version with a metallic finish.

The Batman figurine is available for pre-order now. It costs $99.99 and will ship in August. Square say it’s limited to 1,000 units—500 of these are available for pre-order, while the other 500 will be sold exclusively at the San Diego Comic-Con. You can check it out below.

With any other game now I wait until the "complete/GOTY" version is released with all the DLC, but with Batman I just can't help myself. At least anyone else who held out will get the chance now to get everything.
