Well guys I know from the standpoint of fanboys there were some who were disappointed by trailer three. But when it comes down to it, it is the GA that really matter when it comes to making box office revenue. How do you guys think this trailer will either help or hurt the movie?

A mashup of reactions. Some real excitement out there.t:

I said this in another thread but a lot of these reaction videos in general feel way too over the top in their excitement.
Like I said a few months ago, it'll probably do AoU numbers in terms of OW, domestic, and WW grosses, which will be excellent for almost everybody, but probably not so for WB.
I don't think WB has much to worry about when it comes to the reaction of people whom are clearly going to see the movie now thinking it might not be perfect or they'd rather see spoiler villain used somewhere else or cgi looks unfinished etc, in a trailer clearly designed to exploit the kimmel like GA. What they should be concerned about is just how much chatter and tracking said exploitative trailer elicited with it's meta commentary, and it's at least 2 mega pop culture money shots...
I've really only seen this much chatter at work and online when it comes to star wars.
If it get's the proper world wide release, there is no telling what the upper limit will be. What matters is awareness, and this last trailer really put the stamp down.

Fun fact: #BatmanvSuperman was trending on twitter for 12 straight hours since release.
This trailer may have been mixed with the fanboy community but general audience wise I.E the fans of Jimmy Kimmel really enjoyed this trailer.
Everyone I've showed this to with the exception of one thought it looked great. I really do think we (yes, fanboys and girls) are the ones so upset, as someone said, about minutia.

So all this trailer did was slightly worry the fans, increase the ego of the trolls and most importantly increased its potential viewers with the public.
thus more box office potential, s at the end of the day it's a win for WB/DC.
Low side, 900/950 mill. High side 1.1/1.2 billion.
Somewhere in the middle I think.
$800m WW range. I think it'll open huge(but no records broken except maybe for biggest March opening ever) and then drop like a stone just as MoS did. Mid-$300m's domestic and around $500m OS.

People need to stop thinking a billion $ is a cakewalk. It ain't. Now if the previous movie had made a billion $ or more then I'd be more on board but it only made 2/3 of a billion. But even then it's hard(just ask James Bond).
And the TF franchise is a bad barometer for such things(as is the PotC franchise) as they are critic proof with mucho evidence to support that. Superheroes are held to a bit higher standard.
