I try to see Ben Affleck in that still. I can only see Batman.
So damn good. SO DAMN GOOD..
That is amazing. Saving that!
And Snyder can draw? I didn't know that. He can be a comic book/graphic novel artist when he hangs up his boots if that's really something he did.
Oh, good to know.He storyboards every frame in his movies. He used to study painting in college. But I don't know if he drew that.
Yup! When he entered in the Knightmare scene with a rifle in his hand speaking in what sounded like the most terrifying Batman voice yet, I automatically went "HOLY ****ING ****! THAT'S THE GODDAMN BATMAN!" in the hall. PERFECT CASTING!
By the way, saw this on /r/DC_Cinematic. Apparently, Snyder drew this concept art!

Batman holding a machine gun smh
I think the larger point is batman hasnt used guns for a much larger stretch in history than when he has. Which is why its jarring to see him with a rifle and a band of ammo because its not really what batman has been about for like over half a century barring some of the one off instances in comics and other media where it mostly feels out of place.
I know but this isn't a comic, a movie, or any other form of media. It's somebody's artistic expression, it's fan art basically. Should we hold all fan art to the current cannon?
