It probably will be though, but not in the same fashion.
You mean like, awesomely bad?

I think it will be awesome...
I have NEVER EVER witnessed such a severe RAPING of a comic character in all my years of reading. I would have preferred death for Parker rather than the absolute sludge they've done to him and his cast over the past 2 years.
Sins Past/Remembered/Disassembled/The Other/Organic webs/New powers/Unmasking/Shooting Aunt May...
Good GOD, just write a freaking SUPERHERO story! How hard can it possibly BE!?!
And a HORRIBLE reference to baby May, who they act as if she's never been born (which she HAS) and a slap in the mouth by reprinting the marriage scenes at the end of the book! If the damn thing was such a curse, you rotten fat prick of an excuse for an EIC, WHY REPRINT IT? To rub it in?
Wow. Just wow.
Actually, it's a building torrent of hate from 2 years of pain and suffering, watching my childhood hero be torn to shreds.
My first hero was my father, my second was watching Spider-Man cartoons in the 60's. I've had more dreams where I was clinging to walls than flying.
It makes me sick.
Dude, we're so past Boxing Day.![]()

Just out of curiosity, what about this sounds awesome to you, exactly?
Well no I don't only care about that. You asked what made it awesome. That is what made me say awesome. I am no lover of Dan Slott but he'll do. Also, you left out that probably most important thing I said:
"Also, I've always respected Spider-Man as a character. I love the movies, I loved the Fox show (though I can't watch it anymore!) but I have never had the chance to really read the character"
What do you mean "you never had the chance"? The books have always been there for you to read, you just chose not to. And please dont tell me that you were intimidated by all the continuity, because BND is setting up a new status quo, and you'll be going into that as blind as you would be if you had picked up ANY random Pre-One More Day book....
Im not trying to call you out or anything, but that statement just strikes me as a bit whack.
OMD made A:TI 7# Pointless. (maybe, but mostly)
Give it some time and think about it. We HAD to do A:TI #7. If we didn't, then we wouldn't be able to... _______ the _________ of ___ ________ _______, because ___ _____ _____ _____ _______. There had to be some ______ ___ ___ _____ ______ could have ________ ______ _____ ___. Get it?
Hmmm. It's hard to get my point across when I have to keep redacting...
Let's talk about this after ASM #546 comes out.![]()
