So,...... EVERYMAN who waves a limp wrist when making fun of a womans reaction to something is showing tendencies?

OKAY.

Yes, were all born a little gay.

I Don't See What The Problem Is. Between Bucky & Jason Todd Coming Back From The Dead & Turning Bad, Spidey Becoming Iron Man's Sidekick And 90% Of The World's Mutants Losing Their Powers, Bp Is Just About The Most Enjoyable Comic On The Shelves These Days.

Subjective. Its all about opinion. The thing is you may be right, it could be quite enjoyable but its nowhere near the BP a lot of us have been reading before Hudlin came aboard.

I hear ya.I hear alot of praise for Priest's run,but the last thing I would want as a comic fan is Hudlin coming in and trying to follow Priest.Just as we wouldn't want Loeb following Millar's style on Ultimates 3.Hudlin's style is different, but it makes for great comics. His knack for romance, comedy, and dialogue have really shown in the last 2 issues. The first arc alone was one of the best and meaningful 6 parters I've read. The whole history of Wakanda and the title of "Black Panther" being brought to the stage was much needed. Before reading it,I could not care less about whatever Wakanda was.

The one thing I love most about Hudlin,is the dude's love for obscure characters. The guy brought back Klaw,Batroc, different versions of Radioactive Man and Black Knight,Red Ghost,Bill Foster aka Goliath,Brother Voodoo,Blade and made Monica Rambeau a saviour all in the book's first year. The guy is a fan,he loves comics.

I'm sick and tired of all these x-junkies saying the book is crap when most of them haven't even read it or even care for Black Panther as a character. All they know is "Storm should be with Forge!" and "OMFG!!!BP wouldn't say that line he said in #7" without having read the book itself.

Hudlin's focus on Wakanda's culture(african culture for that matter)in this book have garnered complaints by some idiotic junkies calling it "ghettoizing",if that's not racist I don't know what is.Not once has T'Challa spoken out of character with the exception of #7,which was even in quotations and completely taken out of context.

Most of all,Hudlin has made T'Challa very down to earth and human.Gone is the calculating and cold Avenger. He smiles now for God's sakes!

My 2 cents.

LOL...mofos are upset there are black people at Storm's wedding. Imaginary black people at that.

LOL! Yeah messed up how we read comics and dont realizew theyre ficitonal characters. Especially when ficitonal characters show up at a wedding of another fictional character that have nothing to do with each other or even met. LMAO! Crazy.

Glad you see it my way...

I love T´chala, don´t get me wrong.
BUT
My only prob with this relation is the fact that she goe from one of Marvel´s finests, THE most prominent black superheroine in the world of comics, leader of the X-Men, THE morst successfull book in the comics industry to an occasional cameo changing diapers in the pages of the less known BP book.

From a full fledged protagonist on her own right into a mere extension of T´Chala.

Blah!

With that said, screw Forge, Ororo deserved better than him.

X-Men the most successful comic in the comics industry? Please back that up somehow besides getting into "popularity" and the movies.

Changing diapers in BP?Yet another assumption.

has it ever been clarified as to whom the bridesmaid is? most likely it's kitty, and cho forgot she's jewish. i don't see it being jessica jones. what history to her and storm have?

"The Very Definition Of Haters"? Wow. Yeah, I guess we are haters. We hate bad writing.

Bad writing is subjective, unless you're someone who is well versed in the art of writing and literature.

Even then it's subjective. But that doesn't stop those of us who hate his writing to have that opinion. Because opinion itself is subjective, regardless of your level of education.

Uhm, how would being Jewish prohibit Kitty from being the bridesmaid?

Hopefully Isiah Bradley is actually at the wedding. It's about time writers have started using him.Kudos to Heinberg and Hudlin.
Why in the hell should Isaiah Bradley be at this wedding? Someone, please, explain this to me, because I'm really not getting it. He doesn't know Storm. He doesn't know T'Challa. He's not African. He's not even an active member of this superhero community considering that barely anyone knew about his existence until the last few years. Add to that the fact that he's mentally handicapped. He has absolutely no ties whatsoever to what's going on right there.

It's basically a story which came out of stories from the past.
Which ones? Most of their relationship has been retconned in by Hudlin.

Exactly, but were crazy people who cant understand why black people would be at their wedding, and we get too excited over fictional characters.

Some random issues from 30 years ago that had them trekking through Africa together. Hey, if it helsp these people sleep better at night.

No one here knows if Bradley knows Storm or T'challa. If the writers decide he's met one or both of them sometime in the past...he has.

So you admit Hudlin makes stuff up as he goes? Thank you!

Holy sh1t,why not?Why not have Isaiah Bradley there?BP is a respected and well known world leader in the MU.Bradley was an african american soldier who fought for his country when his country had no interest in protecting him. It's called respect.I see nothing wrong with T'Challa having respect for the man and having him there to share in an important moment.

Hudlin mentioned he has plans for Isaiah as well.I think it's about time someone did something with his character, kudos to Heinberg and Hudlin.

An old Marvel team up issue,100 I think and some of Priest's run.Priest himself was pushing for this marriage but the powers that be at the time weren't interested.

You do realize that Isaiah Bradley is mentally handicapped right? And probably has no idea what a Black Panther or Storm is.

What's wrong with that?Writers do it all the time these days.Until Heinberg came along, who knew Isaiah had a grandson and that Mar-Vell had a son?Until JMS came along, who knew Spider-Man was a Spider-Being who's dead girlfriend had kids with his worst enemy?
