Breaking Bad - Part 1

I just started watching this today, on the third episode of the first season.
I thought the plate thing was really well done. Kinda feel bad for missing out on it all but hey, at least i'm not having to wait every week.

It's a great series. You're in for a real treat.

By the way, has anyone seen this guy's Breaking Bad videos on YouTube? They're really good.

Gus dies. He is blown up by a bomb that Walt plants on Hectors wheelchair with his consent. It appears that the spoiler image IS real, as Gus emerges from the explosion to straighten his tie before he dies.

The show has always had this heightened reality feel to it so it didn't really bother me. Besides, how awesome is it that Gus goes out lookin' snazzy? hahah.

I hate you guys for spoiling that s**t.

Going back to the Gus thing.

His head and brain were still intact. His face just got blown off. Given the shock and the adrenaline, it's perfectly possible for Gus to survive a few seconds after-the-fact.

The only thing missing from the last ten minutes was the hat.

I really missed the hat .

Walter has officially "broke bad". Now the question is....what the hell is going to happen in season 5?

I'm guessing the final season will be Walt vs. Jesse. Walt has fully turned villain and Jesse has become the "hero" of the show. The ultimate showdown.

I was half-expecting for the final shot to reveal Hank's bug on Walt's car.

Anyway, tonight sort of felt like it could have been the series finale to me. It will be interesting to see what they do with the next 16 episodes. I'm guessing we're going to get Walt vs. Jesse.

Im interested to see how Walt will play into the cooking an distributing of meth next season. I guess word on the street will be that Heisenberg took out Gus and took over his operations.
