Breaking Bad - Part 2

They're playing on that sympathy angle. The two guys are hesitant about killing a woman, as is the audience, as opposed to if she was a dude acting that way.

I'm 10 minutes in, tell me again how Hank and Walt aren't close. Sure Walt is up to **** but to Hank they are family. It's always been clear that they have been very close maybe not at the very beginning of the series but certainly over the last year they've grown a lot closer

Had to do it, man. You knew it wasn't going off without a hitch.

WHAT THE **** DID I JUST WATCH?

Holy crap, my heart is racing.

Damn. Todd is cold as ice. I guess that puts a hole in the theory that he's a cop.

Well... Todd's an *******.

I had a feeling that Todd was gonna end up being a psycho or something.

For all its Western influences, it was just sublime to have them actually rob a train. Just ****ing awesome.

Can somebody explain the timelines to me here? I'm a bit confused.

Episode 4 ended with the Walt/Skyler getting Walt Jr. to move out and then they have a cold exchange. They used the EXACT same footage in this week's episode where Walt tells his son to leave and then Skyler tells him she'll launder his money etc...except a few more lines of dialogue were added in if I'm not mistaken? Or was it all the same? I'm just a bit confused by seeing the exact scene twice and what the point was.

Thanks.

I bet next episode Todd will be all calm, cool, and collected about it. Psycho for hire like that guy from Fargo or Mr. Blonde from Reservoir Dogs

Thanks.

The first scene where they discussed the situation was in the bedroom last week. Bit rapey... Sky has had maybe a few days since then (?). I believe she was just reiterating the message that she wants the kids out.

Also, the actress who plays Lydia... :hrt::hrt:.

...what? That wasn't in last week's episode. That clip was online, as a sneak preview, but it wasn't in the episode.

Anyone else thought as they play the opening scene, that it was Jesse as a kid?

Im glad Jesse Plemons is getting a chance at playing against type

OHHHHHH THAT'S WHY I'M GETTING CONFUSED. Thanks. Okay, no more watching clips again for me.

I know "darkest before the dawn" is an ancient expression, but I like to think Hank is just a Nolan fan. :o
