Because she never does anything but whine and be a *****. She's an awful mother for not turning in Walt yet she busts his balls for doing what she empowers him to do. I count down the minutes until she is killed off. She was cool for like one episode last season..that's it.

Let's pretend for a moment that your premise that "Skyler is a *****" is fundamentally true. If her worst crime is being a *****, then...why does she deserve death exactly? Especially when there are so many other characters on the show who have done far worse things than she has.

She didn't turn in Walt to BE a good mother. She didn't want her kids knowing that their father went to jail for manufacturing meth. Now, she realizes that that was the wrong choice to make, but it's too late because she's already become an accomplice and will be punished as well, which would put the kids in an even worse position than she ever thought.

She isn't being a *****, or a terrible mother. She's conflicted.

lol @ Skyler "empowering" Walt to become a lunatic, psychopathic, controlling, and domineering drug kingpin hung up on overcompensating for being a pushover and loser for most of his life. That's so goddamned ridiculous and patently untrue. I'm really curious if the people who keep saying that the ***** must die are also counting down the days of Walt's death with equal measure of glee and enthusiasm. Because let's not pretend that Walt and Skyler are of equal moral standing. Skyler is not a saint but to believe that she is culpable for the cancer that Walt has become is to indulge in some serious level of victim blaming.

She didn't turn in Walt to BE a good mother.

Best episode of the season so far.

Todd deserves a slow and painful death for what he did to that poor kid.

I do think she is being a bad mother in not turning Walt in, blowback be damned, especially considering she sees a massacre as a very possible endgame for all of this.

Of course, Skyler would agree with her critics, she's admitted to being a coward; she doesn't want to see what's left of her life and her children's lives comes crashing down, she still has hope they can all escape via Walt's death. At the very least she's thinking about/preparing for the day whereas Walt refuses to believe he is anything but invincible.

every time you think it can not get any better, breaking bad proves you wrong. the promo for next weeks episodes shows us that mike plans to leave. i wonder what walter will do about that.
