the titel is also a reference to a walt whiteman poem:

Walt doing a lot of killing? Not just Mike but possibly the nine guys on Hazard Pay too. Maybe Lydia and Todd too. The 'Gliding Over All' title also makes me think of the Icarus reference. Walt flying too close to the sun? Or Walt taking out the 'Victors' on his own crew?
