I have a feeling Walt is going to tell Jesse about him killing Mike, not helping Jane, and poisoning Brock in one of his egotistical rants some time next half of the season. I don't know why or when but I can see Walt doing it to get a rise out of Jesse.

I dont think Walt would be THAT arrogant.

They're trying to portray him as going off the deep end, becoming so egotistical and power hungry that it becomes his downfall. What better way to do that then to have him try to break Jesse emotionally.

I can see him spilling his guts to Jesse in the last episode if Jesse was about to put a bullet in his head and Walt egging him on to do it. That would be pretty awesome.
