Bryan Singer should make an X-men movie called X3: X-men [someting]
it goes with X2: Xmen United
How about X3: X-Men 4?

I truly hope so. Marvel gets the rights back.I doubt either that or the Daredevil reboot are going to happen.![]()
X2: X-Men United was only a promotional marketing title. Singer had nothing do with it. X2 is the title of the sequel.Bryan Singer should make an X-men movie called X3: X-men [someting]

Nathalie Caron said:With X-Men and X2, Bryan Singer proved that great superhero movies were possible. But then the director left the franchise forSuperman Returns and was replaced by Brett Ratner for the third X-film, which many felt contributed to that film's mediocrity. Now Singer hopes to return to the franchiseand direct another X-movie once again.
At least that's what Singer seemed to hint at it in an L.A. Times article. The comments below are not Singer's own direct quotes but are attributed to him:
Let's pause for a moment here. Now he's returning as a producer for this ''X-Men" installment and still hopes to direct another X-movie in the near future. He praised Vaughn's vision and attention to detail and said the problems the production is now facing are merely intriguing challenges that will be overcome.
So Singer is hoping to direct another X-Men film?
Thing is, "if" X-Men: First Class is successful, Fox will likely choose to keep Matthew Vaughn on as director for the inevitable sequel rather than give the director's job back to Singer. (Why mess with success, right?)
But "if" Bryan Singer does indeed manage to make a return in the director's chair, would he be directing one of the sequels to that film, or would he be directing a whole new X-Men 4? Could Fox possibly decide to have both at the same time? That would be an unlikely scenario.
Considering the poor reception of X-Men: The Last Stand , would Fox even want a follow-up? (Sure, they would have Wolverine back, but actor Hugh Jackman has his own franchise now.) That's why they went with X-Men: First Classa prequelin the first place.
On the other hand, if First Class flops, the studio may turn its eyes again to a potential follow-up to the original franchise. Perhaps with Singer back in the director's chair.
In the end we'll have to wait and see what happens after X-Men: First Class hits theaters on June 3, 2011.
My feelings may change of course, but I would MUCH rather the franchise continue with X4 over FC2. I'm looking forward to First Class, but I don't need it to be a franchise. The better characters are in the original run.
X4 could be so so big....
with the whole cast and a more serious/dark/epic script directed by Singer.... W O W.
Ill be so happy...
with strong likelyhood The Last Stand Is being Ignored by First Class his means a Bryan Singer directed sequel would Ignore what happened In The Last Stand. It really shouldn't be called x4 since The Last Stand along with Wolverine seems to be ignored In official film contunity.
First seems to be Ignoring The last Stand.Xavier and magneto were seen working together at begining of The Last Stand and Xavier was still walking yet by all accounts the crippling of Xavier and the falling out between him and Magneto happen In First Class In the 1960's.You also have problem of Rose Bryne as Moira Mactaggert In First class and Olivia Williams as Moira In the Last Stand.
The problem if they're doing a X4 is getting the whole cast from the trilogy together again, I can't see that being possible seeing most of them have moved on and such, I guess the best way is to have a mix between new and old cast members.
I'm sure if they were to do it sometime soon, Rogue would be a major character now with Paquin's status from True Blood. Same goes for Ben Foster who's pretty established now. My guess is they'd be the leads.
I wouldn't think X4 would cost too much. Maybe about the same as X3 did. Because originally, wasn't X3 supposed to cost about $150 million, but ended up costing $210 million for some reason.
The team would probably be Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops (we didn't see him die; and in the movies and comics, if we don't actually see them die, it didn't happen), Colossus, Iceman, Kitty. The actors playing Iceman, Colossus and Kitty wouldn't cost too much (maybe Ellen Page would, but I don't know).
So that's a pretty awesome "core" team. Then we could have our traditional X-Men "guest star."
They may be able to get by without Mystique and Magneto. But Prof. X is definitely needed.
