No, if you talk about that then it's even more embarrassing since it had an "official" budget of $270 million although industry insiders said it was more like $300 million. I'm talking about total domestic divided by opening weekend. It made around $336 million domestically. $151 million of it came in the opening weekend. $336m/$151m = 2.22 multiplier. For comparison, the previous opening weekend record holder Pirates: Dead Man's Chest had a multiplier above 3, which is actually good considering it opened to $135 million. Had Spidey 3 achieved such a multiplier, it would have made over $450 million domestically.
