well steve could always go back to the classic cap suit down the road. More so if folks dont really favor this new costume that well. He will probably be in this new outfit for like a yr or so tops i would guess.

he,ll be Cap again soon enough. looks like they are going to friggin Mars. id totally forgotten about that KillRaven stuff from back in the day. i read one of his comics recently and it was set on Earth after it was conquered by Martians. had the tripods and everything. no wonder they have Nova on The Secret Avengers. Nova is the man by the way, id love to see him get a movie.

oh yes, he definately said that. made me super excited, but like you said its gonna be a while before he gets around to it probably. but i think if The Green Lantern is successful it may be a little sooner than later.

could be tikki, now i dont know squat on nova myself. But i am willing to give any character a shot. But to me i think the more likely guys to be up next after avengers 1 is either antman, black panther, or doc strange.

looks like Ant Man is gonna finally get made, so i think thats next. i think Black Panther could be done without a huge budget so maybe that wont take too long. Doc Strange would be friggin awesome and would show the Supernatural side of the Marvel Universe. would probably be special effects heavy tho. then maybe theyll have time for some Cosmic dude, tho i think theyd do Captain Marvel not Nova

Don't worry, I bet he will be back as cap before the new movie comes out and Bucky will either go back to being the winter solider, turn evil, or take his place with shield.

i think Bucky would look pretty spiffy in Steves new costume. maybe Steve will give it to him whenever he starts being Cap again. he could always be U.S.A.gent. especially cus it looks like he may have been killed during Seige, or hes at least severely crippled, almost got cut in half.

exactly. its about time to let Bucky do his own thing. hes already established himself as a fan favorite and a pretty strong character. i see no need for him to be tied to Cap forever. they should be on equal ground. and maybe they can team up on occasion.

If GL is a hit, then we'll probably see Nova on the big-screen sooner, rather than later. I'm 110% fine with that, Nova is friggin' godly!

yes! another Nova fan! lol. he is quite awesome isnt he? haha. though youre right Roach, theyd probably do Silver Surfer or Captain Marvel first.

yea like i said i am all for any characters to get their dues on the big screen. But right now its more logical it will probably be antman/panther/strange as 2nd/3rd tier characters to be worked on. Along with marvel's runaways which looks to be picking up steam too. As for marvel comics captain marvel hmmm that would be an interesting one to see and it would be interesting o see if dc's shazam/captain marvel or marvel's captain marvel get to the big screen first. Couse who ever does will probably effect the other one's chances.

good point, i wouldve said DCs Cpt. Marvel but it seems to be in development hell. only reason i think Nova has a chance is because hes basically Marvels version of the Green Lantern and hes come a long way lately. hes gonna be on an Avengers team soon so i hope he gets some exposure. hes a really cool character now, almost like an outer space Cap in a way. hopefully the Disney money will start coming in soon and they can work on multiple movies at the same time. so many characters deserve a movie its not even funny. Iron Fist and Dr. Strange come to mind. theres so many different aspects of the Marvel universe to explore

The only problem with this is that Nova's origin is the same as GL.

Don't get me wrong. I'd love to see it - but better still, how about the Guardians of the Galaxy

The Wendell Vaughn Quasar would be a good bet cinematically if GL's a success. As you say, Nova's just too similiar to GL but Quasar's both similiar yet distinctive enough for Marvel to use.

probably...but since everyone is afraid of the Mouse's lawyers(The main reason everything not at Marvel Studios is getting rebooted is the fear Disney may get aggressive and get the movie rights back). I think if Marvel said they wanted to do SS movie Fox wouldnt say no.

This new costume has me thinking its marvels way of getting us used to it because it may end up being what Caps movie costume looks like.
