Now here's a question, can Present Peter absorb powers from Future Peter?

Just saw this ep on NBC.com (yeah, I'm way behind), and I thought that it's a decent episode. That Sylar/Claire scene was like a nice horror flick, and the future Peter seemed to be more villainy than heroic. However, I don't like the direction of Nathan's character, and Larter's Grace was more like Jessica than a new personality. What I dislike is Maya having nothing new to do again, and giving Mohinder new power so quickly and easily doesn't seemed like such a good idea, but I guess he needs a new storyline because he gets more bored with each passing episode.

Have to find the time to watch the rest soon.

If present Peter did absorb powers from future Peter, then why couldn't he get out of the predicament he was in at Level 5?

I think I blinked and missed how Sylar was able to find Claire and get the info on Level 5.
