Good opening though. I'm digging the superheroic aspects being brought in like the lair and Ando's costume (I did find it odd that he came in already wearing his superhero emblem that's on everything in the place but maybe Hiro saw the jacket and ran with it).

Is Nathan hiding the fact that he has an ability too? Because I don't see how he can get Washington to believe his plan if he has a power also. He's being a hypocrite. He should lock himself up.

I don't think we really need one. He's pretty much immortal now, so we should just accept that he'll keep coming back from the dead without any explanation.

At first I thought Mohinder would bring Peter straight to Nathan but then it turns out Mohinder was going to be kidnapped. Then he escapes and is saved by Noah, who in turn gives up Mohinder! what a twist!
