Okay, my reactions to the various storylines:
Clarie/West: And in today's "After School Special," we learn that revenge can be fun, especially against alcoholic teenage cheerleaders.
Suresh/Monica/Bob: Come on, did anyone think Suresh was really going to inject Monica with that virus, especially when she is the best new character of the show? Also, nice to see that Bob has at least some moral character to him. Plus, it looks like Adam Monroe is the real big bad of the season. And come on, Niki is so in her Jessica persona now, especially since she was quasi-seducing Suresh.

HRG: Best storyline of the night by far. Once again, Noah solidifies his "badass" cred by making good on his threats to poor 'ol "Mr. Ditkovitch" from Spidey 2. Course that was obvious once he started speaking Russian. After all, considering how he thinks he's a dead man anyway, he really has nothing to lose. Plus we get more cryptic paintings (Perhaps Mohindir really is the one who shoots HRG as rumored). P.S. Wonder what the liquid man looked like?
Sylar/Maya/Alejandro: Call it a guilty pleasure, but I am soooo looking forward to Sylar, eventually, kicking Alejandro's ass...if only to get this story moving. At least they're over the boarder now and at least Maya didn't act like a complete wimp (although she sure didn't improve her IQ points any). And Sylar's explaining his entire plan to Alejandro in a take off of the 'ol "supervillain monologuing" knowing full well he couldn't understand a word of it...my hand's were rubbing to together like Mr. Burns.
Hiro/Kensei: Okay, I kind of figured that Kensei might have been working for "White Beard" all this time. But for some reason, I don't completely buy the idea that Hiro changed his mind in becoming a hero, and that because he saw Hiro and Yakeo, he goes back to his mercenary ways. Maybe it's because I never got the feeling that Kensei really loved Yakeo in the first place. Or maybe because I actually did root for Hiro when he not only showed Yakeo he had powers but that he told her he loved her as well. Or maybe it's because I just want Hiro back in the present. And yeah, guess we are seeing the origin of [BLACKOUT]Adam Monroe[/BLACKOUT] here. BTW, I thought Issac could only paint the future, so how come we see a fight between Hiro and Kensei that could only have happened in the past from the looks of their garb?
Peter/Caitlin: Wow, after the drag-out of the amnesiac Peter stuck in Ireland, we get a very short storyline that bookends the episode. And it looks like we're going to get another "Days of Future Past" scenario out of the deal. Not only that, but it looks as though Peter was working with Adam Monroe (or is that the Peter from the future, and that's why he was able to find the note at that particular shop). Certainly his story has now gotten much more interesting.
