Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Chloe Bennet IS Skye

Also, last night was perhaps the clearest explanation we've had to date of what Coulson sees in Skye. It isn't (just) her 1337 hax0r skillz, or her highly empathic personallity, or even that he somehow thought she was a latent gifted.

It's that she "sees the world in a different way" from others, and thus is able to expertly analyze data to find "patterns" and "exploits". That ring any bells for comic veterans?

It reminds me of Sylar from "Heroes"

Now what if Skye put a locator on that hard drive she gave Ward just in case he got into trouble... of course nobody said he'd turn Hydra!

So does that mean Coulson's superpower is the ability to correct the tall tales of others when spoke in his presence or the ability to really annoy bad guys?

Here's a plot idea I thought I'd throw in.

In later episodes from "Turn, Turn, Turn", Skye and Coulson discover that Agent Garrett is not what he seems, even for a HYDRA agent. They learn that he's possessed by an alien mind that's been after Skye since her discovery in Hunan province. After capturing him the team learns that this alien was sent to Earth to bring her to the Priests of Pama. They have foreseen the inevitable gathering of the Infinity Gems and know that great chaos will happen. In order to avoid that catastrophe their plan is prepare someone who can control the Soul Gem, which will control the remaining Infinity Stones. Skye is one of the candidates.

However, HYDRA agents in SHIELD had gotten wind of the attention to Skye's birth. This lead to the slaughter of everybody in Hunan and the remaining SHIELD agents who recovered her. The alien possessing Agent Garrett came to Earth soon afterwards and bodyjumped around to track her down. Garrett became it's latest host. After discovering the hidden HYDRA presence in SHIELD he joined with them to better track her down.

After the Battle in New York the alien knew that the gathering of the Stones is fast approaching. He also knew that during the Convergence in London the Aether had sent a signal across the realms in search for its fellow stones. After Skye's induction into SHIELD he deduced she was the baby he's been looking for all these years. The alien code that Coulson's team discovered held a message from the Priests of Pama. The number of candidates for the plan had dwindled greatly. So Garrett decided to manipulate his influence in HYDRA and SHIELD to test Skye, to see if she could still be a worthy candidate.

I don't know about him being possessed by an alien, but on another board, someone posted this quote from Garrett: "You wanna know how I got these burns?"

I think so too there are other characters but Jessica Drew seems to me the most probable one. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't she a spy for Hydra ?

Yeah, they got her young, trained her to be an assassin like the Winter Soldier, but when they wanted her to kill Nick Fury, she declined.

Maybe the turn, turn, turn comment that Garrett made to her that seemed so random, wasn't.

Yeah, that whole scene between Garrett and Skye felt a bit odd for me. Between him showing her his burn marks and that "Turn!,turn,turn'" comment just felt out of place. I doubt they would go that way , but how clue would it be if it did turn out if she was Hydra at one point
