Eh. . . I think most of those "influenced by" are *really* reaching. Scorch, sure. The rest? No, especially 'The Wizard', who has nothing meaningful in common with the character of the same name.
No, somebody who probably should be on that list? Ian Quinn. He's an original character, but you could make a good case that he's inspired by various evil CEOs from the comics, and likely is intended as an expy and substitute for Justin Hammer.
Good analysis, Guard!

I can't see the connection. Or at least, I can't see the Enchantresses motives to be the clairevoyant. that's not really her modus operandi. So with Lorelei confirmed, does anyone else think she is (or is at least connected to) the clairvoyant? Her sister is the Enchantress, could they be working together?
To figure out how to bring back someone from the dead? Now why would a godly alien meddle in our petty affairs?

At the risk of generating even more disagreement about who should or shouldn't be on this list, should we also have a list of "Honorable Mentions" -- comic book characters who haven't actually appeared in the MCU (yet), but have still been name-dropped on AoS.
- John Horton/Griffin
- Man-Thing (though implied by Ellen Brandt's existence in IM3?)
Which is why I specifically said characters who haven't otherwise been in the MCU yet. It's one thing to name-drop Stark, Agent Romanov, or Captain America (who we all know about from the movies), but something totally different to mention some guy named Johnny Horton who gave himself lion claws for hands.Well if you go by "Honorable Mentions" you'd also have to mention Alexander Pierce and all of the Avengers (Stark, Thor, Cap, Banner, Romanoff and Barton) as well as Pepper Potts, Blonsky and Loki.
