I can get behind Edgerton as Gordon...he reminds me a lot like Gary Oldman's Gordon in terms of looks so I can go for that but also Edgerton is a great actor

Well, that’s pretty much a confirmation!

Can’t tell you how pleased I am about this. He’s a great actor, and will bring such a great gravitas to Gordon.

Also, side note, but it’s interesting how this is another actor with a connection to the Nolans in this new Batman movie. Still some influence or complete coincidence?
