Yes, because the Batcave's always been an extremely joyful place. Like Chuck E. Cheese.
So something is wrong with wanting a really cool looking Batcave? Got it.

^ Point made.
My concern is we'll get more childish comments like this one for the next year and a half.
And while it's quoted, I disagree with all those concerns. I've learned the finish product is what matters most, and after TDK, Nolan has earned my complete trust.
So what you people are saying is that this...
Is harder to look at than this...

I truly have given up on my fellow nerds.
I don't want a Batcave with a T-Rex and a giant penny,I never did. And I don't want to see a maskless Bane through out the entire duration of the movie.
This Hathaway news infuriates me to no end. She is Nolan's worst female casting choice yet, outshining both Holmes and Maggie.
Suddenly, that awful Spider-Man reboot is looking more appealing to me.
So something is wrong with wanting a really cool looking Batcave? Got it.

I'm cool with Hathaway and Hardy (especially Hardy, Bronson tells me he can do this), and I'm cool with the characters that they're playing. But I'm just a little concerned about the apparent lack of a mastermind villain pulling all the strings. I know Bane is a lot smarter than his last movie outing gave him credit for, but I still can't help but see him as anything more than hired muscle. I'm open to people telling me how they see things going down though.![]()
Elaborate, how is the title at all important and how can you be concerned about it?Hathaway. Bane. The "Rises" in the title.
The title is important because it should give the trilogy a feeling of, you know, being a trilogy, rather than Batman Begins and the two TDK movies.Elaborate, how is the title at all important and how can you be concerned about it?
Ah, I see.The title is important because it should give the trilogy a feeling of, you know, being a trilogy, rather than Batman Begins and the two TDK movies.
Also it's redundant. The Dark Knight Rises is basically Batman Begins in other words and he already BECAME the Dark Knight in The Dark Knight.
And last but not least "Rises" or "Rise of" is overused and simply an indicator for bad movies in general.
For examples:
Hannibal Rising
Rise Of The Silver Surfer
Rise Of The Machines
Lucifer Rising
Rise Of the Lycans
Rise Of Cobra
The Dark Is Rising
Rise Of The Apes
Dr Phibes Rises Again
etc. etc.
yes, but if the best title the writers came up with is "The Dark Knight Rises" how good is the rest of the script? Especially a script that includes Bane. The title isn't something to be 'concerned' about, though. You either like it or you don't - it has no more bearing on the potential quality of the movie than any other title would.
