Nintendo were no saints either, but I feel Sony's plan to sneak in a clause to get the profits from the licensing of movies, music, AND GAMES! went too far. In the end, Nintendo is paying for going behind Sony's backs to Philips and Sony's paying for it by pure poetic justice as their PS division is the only thing turning a profit. They wanted a foot in the console making business and now that's all they have.
