Thank you guys. We'd get married sooner but we both have dead end jobs. She has licence to be a pharmacy tech but had had trouble getting hired. I have a masters in library science but cant get hired either. The only thing keeping us from moving forward is the lack of gainful employment.

I didn't think it would feel weird to go from 29 to 30, but it kind of did.

And I don't know how I feel about it. A lot of the time, in my head, I still think of myself as being in my 20s.

I think it's just the #3... seems like people expect more out of people in there 30s than any other number
