I doubt I need to present Pluto who is Zeus' brother and ruler of Hades. He is a class 60, with Olympian superspeed, a helmet that renders him invisible, regenerative powers, superhuman resistance, the ability to drain energy with a simple touch to the point of causing death, and of course, he is the most powerful Olympian magic user, somewhat like Loki with the Asgardians. Among his magic powers include transdimensional teleportation and magical blasts, and quite a few others. Pluto also uses adamantium axes which he is very proficient in.

Maverick is a Wolverine Villain who can absorb kinetic energy up to an extent meaning this is limited, he can shoot concussive blasts which hinder self-healing at least in mutants, increase his strength tenfold, and he has a vibranium suit. He is a trainned assasin.

Now Maverick wil be able to do very little research on Pluto/Hades apart from what he reads on mythology....where there are few stories apart from when he stole Persephone from Demeter, her mother, and a few minor roles in other stories.

This battle can really only have one result. First off, in a physical battle, Pluto could tear Maverick to peices given that increasing tenfold from a base human is nowehere near a class 60. Plus Olympians are extremely sturdy not to mention have a healing factor.

The healing factor is another thing. Maverick's ability to hinder that was created so he could go against Wolverine not one of the supreme Olympian deities. I doubt it would even work here.

Next we have the battles fom a distance. Pluto can teleport and remain invisible to all senses.

He could either:

1. Teleport behind Maverick, and with one swipe of his axe knock him out. even Vibranium has limits.

or

2. Teleport with his invisible helmet and use his touch weakening Maverick to the point of 'death'. healing does not work against Pluto's touch.

or

3. Use magical blasts to knock out Maverick for his ability to absorb kinetic energy has limits and they cannot be that high given he can only increase his strength tenfold through that methodology

or

4. Teleport him to Hades (as the edict against doing this would be off given this is a battle) and feed Maverik to his various pets like Cerebrus (unlikely scenario but a possible one)

Pluto is among the 3 most powerful Olympians (with Zeus and Poseidon) and the ruler of the Olympain land of death. It took all the Avengers to defeat him and they did it with the help of his wife - a kind of trick win (it was not a combat but an edict which forced his loss). Never through any type of one on one combat and certainly not against one had difficulty besting Sabretooth.

LOCATION: S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier

The Helicarrier, an aircraft carrier specifically designed to be itself capable of independent powered flight in addition to the conventional functions of aircraft carriers, is the signature capital ship of the fictional intelligence/defence agency S.H.I.E.L.D.

(Everyone will start on either side of the Helicarrier bridge, and you have to stay within a mile of the carrier. It's very likely with some battles the carrier might crash; if it does, let's figure it crashes in farmland in Kansas somewhere. That way, there really isn't that many people the participants can come across on the ground. Of course, the helicarrier needs people to fly the carrier; but, they will not engage in battle unless they are engaged.)

Protocide VS Beta Ray Bill


At first, this may seem that Protocide is outmatched here. But I believe that the location is what is going to help Protocide come out as the winner. Being in an enclosed space such as the Helicarrier will be just fine for Protocide. He can hide and ambush his enemy, and even out manuever Bill is he fights him head on. Being in an enclosed space will hinder Bill's powers since they work much better outside. Also, Protocide has no problem killing, so he will not hold back. It will be only a matter of time before Bill finds himself impaled from Protocide's shield.

Winner: Protocide

Lord Templar vs. Nightcrawler

Since everybody knows what nightcrawler can do, I will just outline what Templar can do.

Lord Templar can do several things at a high level, he can fire energy blasts, can teleport, can fly at high speeds, has telekinetic powers and can summon 'avatars' each having a specific power ranging from super strength to intangibility. He also has an incredibly high degree of durability taking direct attacks from foes such as Photon, Jack of Hearts, Vision, Firestar, Justice, Scarlet Witch, and Thor with little to no affect. His telekinetic powers are strong enough to thrust back Firestar and even Thor. Also of note that Lord Templar can call upon his avatars at will, and call them back just as easily. He also can call upon as many of a certain type as he wants, ie he can call five super strength guys, or five intangible guys.

Templar is simply too powerful for Nightcrawler, and even matches him in his main power, teleportation. Templar has battled the mightiest of Avengers including Thor and came out nearly unscathed, there is nothing Nightcrawler can do, Templar will level the Hellicarrier with his avatars and eventually tire him out and catch him with any or all offensive weapons.

Winner: Lord Templar

Beta Ray Bill vs Protocide

Ok, so I’ll make this as quick and painless as possible.

Protocide is a brawler. He gets by on brutality and training.

Bill is a demi-god who can brawl, control the weather, cast spells and has a magical hammer.

This will be over quick as a single punch from bill will be enough to knock Protocide out.

The location benefits bill as they are up in the air so if the carrier goes down Protocide is screwed whereas bill can just fly away.

There just isn’t anyway for protocide to win this, we’re talking about street level vs a guy who took out two heralds of galactus in a single issue. He’s even beat Thor 3 fights out of 4

I doubt protocide could even damage bill

He could possibly out maneuver bill but seriously. bill REGULARLY faces cosmic threats, a cap clone won't be able to hurt him.

Being in an enclosed space will hinder Bill's powers since they work much better outside.

Only his weather powers.

His GODLIKE strength, speed, durability and agility will reamain at their peak.

Also, Protocide has no problem killing, so he will not hold back. It will be only a matter of time before Bill finds himself impaled from Protocide's shield.
