Identity: Secret

Character Personality(Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations): He is usually calm and collective, but when nobody is around he has trouble handling situations. He is pretty smart, and logical, but often gets hurt cause he thinks with his heart to much. He has a strong faith, Christian, but often finds himself in a personal fight of what he really wants, against his religion.

Origin Info/Details: John Monroe worked for the company his dad created for all his life. He grew up living the American Dream: money, same girlfriend through his whole high school career, good home and family life, and good grades. The only fault he every experienced was at the age of 15 when his fathers company attempted to combine the 6 dominate elements (Air/Wind, Earth, Fire, Water, Metal, and Aether [lightning]) into a medallion, giving the holder of that medallion amazing abilities. His hopes of using his creation to improve the world backfired when an explosion nearly destroyed the entire Industry. John was severely injured in the explosion, and nearly died. What he didn't know was that the only thing keeping him alive was a shard of the medallion that got embedded in between his shoulder-blades, melting on contact and cauterizing his wound, which he would have bled to death from. He has always thought the deformation on his back was just a scar, but he soon will find out otherwise.

Now 22, he lives with his girlfriend Julie Bradford. Just as things are going great disaster happens. His mother finds out she has cancer, and the doctors say she won't make it to Christmas. Julie has just lost her younger sister to a drunk driver, and that same weekend, John's father is killed an a plane crash. so much for the American Dream.

As the son of the great Bryon Monroe II, he is expected to take that position very quickly. And with all the change, it may be difficult.

Hero Type: His hero type varies. Sage has many different skills. He can change into, or control any element. When he is Metal he gains Super Strength but is slow. When he turns Water he is able to shape-shift (because water can take the shape of anything [usually its host]) but is easily injured. When he is Air he turns invisible, but can' attack(it would be like the wind blowing against you). When he is Fire he can fly (because heat rises), but has trouble controlling his flight(yet). When he is Earth, he is durable to most attacks, but can't move at all. When he is lightning he gains Super Speed, but has no control of his direction (yet). His major strength though is his mental manipulation of the elements (such as thinking of something containing an element and it does as he thinks).

Power Level (Select one below): World Level or Cosmic.. probably between those 2

Powers (Be Specific): Please refer to Hero Type. Specific: Elemental Transmogrification and Manipulation (Air/Wind, Earth, Fire, Water, Metal, and Aether (lightning).

Seven years ago​

“There was an explosion yesterday at Monroe Inc. The reporters say that the many injured, and one critical patient were flown to the nearest hospital. The cause of the explosion is thought to be from a broken gas line.” I watched the news while lying in the hospital bed. I don't understand what could have went wrong, my father had it so precise, but how?

“They have it so wrong, and they probably will never figure it out.” I said, talking to my girlfriend, Julie Bradford and my mom.

“So keep going, you still haven’t finished.” Julie said.

“Yeah, what exactly did happen?” my mother said.

“Ok... well... um, at dad’s company we work with a lot of things that could potentially be dangerous, or explosive. I was in dad's office, doing some in-depth research for my science fair project, when I heard pandemonium out in the lab area. I was curious to what was going on, so I walked out there to see what was causing the madness. No sooner then when I get out there the entire room was empty. I glanced over and on dads mixing station I saw all kinds of weird things. Well about five seconds more and there it was, the explosion, nearly leveled the place. I still wonder what caused it, but the lightning and flames really don't seem like it could have been a gas line.“

“So that is what happened, they mixed some chemicals?" Julie asked. She always seemed interested in the work done at my fathers place, and I was always glad to tell her.

“Not just chemicals, but what ever it was, it didn't turn out good.” I explained

“Well I know it’s a blessing to have you unharmed, and alright.” My mother replied. “ I will leave you two kids alone now," the one great thing about my mom...she understood. She always gave me and Julie time alone. "I’m going to go check on you father, and Im going to order pizza for supper.” She finished as she walked out.

“I’m glad you’re alright,” Julie said sincerely, while getting up and walking slowly over to me. “Your lucky."

“To have you, you took time away from you vacation to drive back here just to see me.” I answered.

“I wasn’t talking about that, you’re lucky to be alive. The explosion sounded pretty bad. But I have to agree with you also," she said with a smile, we both chuckled. "I love you.” she said, kissing me. She was always so passionate.

“I love you too. And thanks again for coming out,” I said while trying to get out of bed. Julie put out her arms to try to help me out, although it didn't help much, I still felt a strain on my back from my scar's. “Thanks.” Julie smiles, and walks out, I take off the hospital robe I have been wearing a day to long. I put my jeans and shirt back on, being careful not to irritate my back to much, and grab my bag. "I must be on lucky person, I have alot I never could do anything to deserve." As I walk out of the hospital room, I flip the light switch. "I must have done something right."
