A BoP spin-off with Laurel, Nyssa, Vixen and Katana would be awesome, Curtis could be their tech guy.

Zinda Blake ( would be the hacker/tech/fixer of the group but can also fight)
King Faraday (White King of Checkmate) would recur as someone from Zinda's past and helps fund the team and provide them with intel (think Red Reddington but a genuine good guy)
I wouldn't prohibit men from being part of it. The only important thing is to keep the majority female.
Helena would be a cool addition too IMO.
Ya but they wrote themselves into the corner having her kill US Marshalls.. Should have had it been that she only injured them.. At least then we could buy her getting out of jail.
They could have and still can redeem her through the suicide squad/whichever ever group that could be brought in to replace it but still fulfill a similar role, and with Lyla as the new head of Argus that could happen. For example a villain group they could merge with/use in place of the squad as has been suggested by another on this board is the secret six.
With Lyla heading the new argus they could form a group that is softer in regards to the likelihood of you being released if you show actual progress and seem to reform as well perform on many missions and behave. Put Huntress on this and then let her be released under a new name.

Black Canary - Dinah Laurel Lance (Co-Leader, Combatant)
Nyssa al Ghul (Co-Leader, Trainor, Financier, Combatant)
White Canary - Sara Lance (Trainor, Combatant)
Vixen - Mari Jiwe McCabe (Combatant/Powerhouse, Tracker)
Hawkgirl - Shierra Sanders (Combatant)
Zinda Blake - (Pilot/Transporter, mid-level Combatant)
Mr. Terrific - Curtis Holt (Engineer/Technician, low-level combatant in training, Hacker) *as a bonus, him being Gay prevents love triangles
The Huntress – Helena Bertinelli (Combatant, Honorary/Part Time)
Speedy – Thea Dearden Queen (Honorary/Part Time, Combatant)
Wildcat – Ted Grant (Trainor, Honorary/Part Time, Combatant)
Katana – Tatsu Yamashiro (Honorary/Part Time) *if they can still even use her, which I doubt.
It would start with Black and White Canary founding it alongside Nyssa, with Sara bringing in Hawkgirl and Nyssa bringing in Zinda aka Blackhawk their worldwide transporter with a high tech jet purchased Nyssa that comes with a futuristic looking cockpit with a HUD displaying vital information. Curtis Holt aka Mr. Terrific would be brought on as their engineer and tech support. They would be fighting Lady Shiva a former league of assassin member who had been in it her whole life, and when it disbanded she decided to reform and make her own league of assassins and she would warring with different Leagues that had formed in the wake of the dissolution creating chaos the world over. In the first outing they would go to Detroit where they would pick up Vixen with various other members like Helena, Speedy, Wildcat, and Katana coming in on different episodes as they traverse the world.
