You have no sense of context in that clip. Were they shooting a promo? Was it an interview where they wanted more people? Were there agreements made?

If there are other charges, he might be imprisoned, but it depends on what those charges are. Again, the chances of a cop being imprisoned are super high if it's any crime that has nothing to do with killing an unarmed black man. Because he killed an unarmed black man, the chances of acquittal are higher.
