Hahaha. I am that person. I give my wife a little bit of crap if she doesn't buy the name brand. ALL generic brands for just about anything taste like crap.

In my case, I was at the grocery store & my step dad calls me & asks me to bring him some canned dog food for the dog. So, I go ahead & purchase it & when I get home he starts griping mildly about it & I'm going in my mind, "next time purchase it yourself".

I hate ABSOLUTELY HATE when you send your computer to get fixed and it comes back in worse condition

I took my computer in to a smaller store because it wont charge right. It worked fine before, I could still work on it and all the software was fine. I get back the computer today and now it wont turn on at all.

Understandably I was angry and confused. I called the store and one guys answer could be summed up with "There's not much we can do". I called the technician and he basically tried to pass the buck to me for not getting it fixed earlier.

In addition to all that Im going on a semester abroad to London on Wednesday. No time to get it fixed, no time to get a new one. So basically for the upcoming school semester I wont have a laptop

Also in addition to that, I bought an $3OO ipod and I cant sync my music to my laptop.

And I think the thing that makes me hate the situation even more is how I didnt even get an apology. I know that sounds childish and I know I signed a liability waiver but to not even have one of them own up and say "Sorry we messed up" is the icing on the cake

Sorry for the longer post but I had to vent. I spent the last 45 minutes pacing around the house just seething.
