But yeah, being a little late is one thing, but when you have plans for more than a week, there's no excuse to suddenly be like, "Oh, how am I going to be able to make this on time?" It's just plain rude, when someone is trying to doing something nice for you and you make it a hassle for them.

Watching TV, on some of those shopping channels, informercials, etc...I hate the people using scare tactics to get people to purchase something...you know, usually health related stuff (supplements, dietary stuff, etc). Suzanne Somers comes to mind with her theories on alternative medicine ideas and treatment(s) of cancer.

I almost did that with our high def TV. The bulb finally went out and I thought "Aw hell, its probably easier to just get a new TV than get a new bulb and figure out how to replace it".

Turns out, replacing the bulb was way easier than I could have even imagined.


A new TV still would have been nice ...

That's what I'm thinking. I spent $55 in ink today, and I could probably get a new printing for around $60. It's complete horse****.

Ugly is harsh word that means they're below the average to the point they're repulsive.

No lie, I actually did make a "Ew!" face when I got a recent VS catalog in the mail.

I'm sure they're great-looking women when styled differently (everyone looks great when they're styled correctly), but I just didn't like the way most of them were made up in that catalog. Honestly, most of them looked like transvestites. I hope they fired that makeup artist, it was so terrible.

And many of them are far too thin for lingerie. They're taking runway models and putting push-up bras on them. That's when you know VS is catered more toward women, because women all think guys want stick-skinny girls, when most guys really want a girl with some meat on their bones.

I hate buying ink cartridges. I think I'm just gonna buy a new printer every time I run out of ink.

That's what I did. Photo printer with 6 (!!) ink cartridges that always dried up, to B&W laser printer. Toner is expensive but at least it doesn't dry out!
