As meh as I am on the whole Arthas story, unfortunately they'll definitely make that a movie since a lot of the fanboys like it, and it's one of their most known stories. Personally I'd much rather see a movie with Illidan/Malfurion/Tyrande.

For some reason, these tv spot are doing a better job at getting me hyped for the movie than the trailers did (on that I disliked them or something). Weird.

The domestic marketing's been pretty poor. But the chinese revenue pretty much guarantees this film financial success. So long as it's actual quality is decent (like at least Hobbit level) it will hopefully get a sequel with better marketing.

New trailer.

I still have a lot of faith in this movie being pretty good but they need a different approach to these trailers. The trailers have already shown us that its a bright, high fantasy world. They need to start establishing characters, stat.

Man that trailer song was bad. And I don't mind using rock influenced stuff in trailers but just from a song stand point that didn't sound good.

I agree they really need to start establishing some characters. And not just characters, but some personality as well. The characters are just coming off as bland.

Outside the annoying choice of music in that trailer (which is not from the film - sometimes the marketing division can be so annoying), I'm very much looking forward to this film. I'm loving the visuals.
