hard to say. it all looked like the same dark corridors to me
LOL!
H4LLW4YS: The Movie
hard to say. it all looked like the same dark corridors to me
To me, this all sounds like denial and excuses for the fact that this was a blatant rip off. That was not Beast. You could've swapped Banner in that scene as-is and no one would've balked.
Maybe but Hank McCoy doesn't.
I still have hope this movie fails as hard as it should.![]()
Why not just hope that it surprises you and turns out to be a great film?
Yep. It was also weird how Hank can use his powers just by getting angry while Charles has to wait for the drugs to expire from his system.
because no matter what, this isn't a Fantastic Four movie and I simply can't agree with something that calles itself an adaptation of an IP I grew up with and ignores everything that IP stood for
Why didn't Kinberg have Trask go after Rogue's blood? That would have actually made sense. Oh yeah I forgot. Kinberg's a hack.
Wonder what surprises he's got in store for Fant4stic.

How does that involve Rogue's blood? They already perfected the machines with Mystique? He actually did.
In the future, Rogue is kidnapped and being held at the Xavier School, which has been converted into a Sentinel camp. And there's an entire escape sequence where Magneto and Iceman save her.
Also, later in the film, she would've siphoned off Kitty's powers, and kept Logan in the past, when Logan wounded Kitty.
Of course, this was all cut. However, it'll be restored in the DOFP "Rogue Cut" that's releasing this year.
Hmm. Very good point. Plot-hole discovered
It is a Fantastic Four adaption. Just not an adaption of the particular version of Fantastic Four you want.
simple.. why want a film to be great that's ultimately nothing like the characters you know and love, and just a hollow shell of who they are suppose to be. ?
This film doing good, actually causes more harm. it can change the books and the way the younger generations perceive these characters to be.
if this film does well or decent.. it could prevent us from seeing the characters we actually do know and love from finally getting a proper film.

So it looks from the teaser that they start the N-Zone experiment in a low level lab and then move to a fancier Government funded one.

or ANY relevant versionIt is a Fantastic Four adaption. Just not an adaption of the particular version of Fantastic Four you want.
it's actually not much of an adaptation of any version of the fantastic four... Negative Zone origin and a younger cast doesn't suddenly make it "Ultimate Fantastic Four: The Movie"
it's taking small inspirations from everything, plus a whole lotta new junk that no one asked for... to make it's own thing.
it's like saying Spider-Man 3 was based on Ultimate Spider-Man because Venom was Eddie Brock Jr... a few things borrowed from the ultimate universe doesn't suddenly make a film an adaptation of the ultimate comics... now... LOTS of things borrowed.. yes. but so far there seems to be very very little from any F4 any of us know.
Totally. A very contrived plot device. Just bad writing.
It was the direction and the great acting which elevated that movie but Kinberg is a hack.
Big FF fan Jon Schnepp likes the trailer
Hey.....I been reading some of your posts. You are completely on your "A" game today. And I agree with everything you have said.

I do find it ironic how many fanboys and geek pundits who were bashing the project 24 hours ago, are now defending it with their lives and acting as if they've always been rooting for it. Suddenly the majority of fandom which were against the thing are now in defensive support of the project.
Then again, i've come to realize its kinda a fan ritual to hate something in production and set the bar low, then once the first stills or trailers come out to worship it like its gonna be the best film ever.
t:Wasn't it said that Xavier was taking a higher dose than Hank?
Plot-hole averted. Move along

You're seeing that here? I haven't noticed that at all.Wasn't it said that Xavier was taking a higher dose than Hank?
