All this Spider-Man talk reminds me of his time with the :ff: after Johnny's "death", his time as a member of the new :ff:, and the time he asked to join the team in the very first issue specific to him.

But I'm glad the :ff: film universe is not connected to Spidey's, as much as I'd like to see the :ff: to join the rest of the MCU.

That was Future Foundation right. He didn't hang around long if memory serves.

Hey, I can do smilies too!

I want to see a good take on :doom:, but I haven't seen :doom: in any promotion yet, just a steaming pile of... hey, why isn't there a poo smiley?!

Yep.
And I think yep again.

A great take on :doom: in a great :ff: movie will be awesome.

Listening to the podcast with Trank. I've always weakly defended him because I don't think he's the problem with this movie, but not to far into the interview he mentioned the "stereotype" about people who grew up in LA and how that gives them a leg up in the business and how that wasn't true for him, but then in the same breathe mentions that his dad won an Oscar. I might have to re-listen to it again to make sure I understood the context right, but he seemed to have contradicted himself.

And you'll learn that lesson yourself when this film makes less than Rise of Cloudlactus and they don't make a sequel.:whatever:

:hehe:

I don't want to go back and read pages, but just in case it was not posted before.

Josh Trank is on Fatman on Batman Kevin Smith's podcast.

New one-minute character profiles have been added at Rotten Tomatoes. Not a lot of new footage, but there's a glimpse of Doom when he's walking down the hall and killing the guards (same one from the teaser); there's been a few tweaks to him.

Now it looks as if there's an energy surging through him (has a slightly green look to it).

i just watched them... ugh..............

im totally dreading this film.. they seem to be laying on the "we were in an accident and have to learn to cope" bit way too thick... this movie doesn't look fun at all

Dark, grim, gritty, disabilities have been the main buzz words surrounding this movie from the cast and crew themselves.

In a movie about characters that should be the exact opposite.

A+ filmmaking there folks.

looks like we have our answer as to why we haven't seen much of doom.. he's not in it much... I assume "victor's wake" is the death of victor, and rise of Doom (metaphorically). So it appears he doesn't really get to do anything until the end.. (just like the last film)

Doom? I think they added the glow.

Makes me think of the new Flash TV show, the character in that show was in a traumatic accident and had to cope, same goes with the people he lived with. It managed to be a very fun show.

I'm more interested in seeing this movie now, I will expect a lower level of fun compared to the Flash show, but I won't expect it to be dried of fun.

I think wake is 'wake of destruction'. Doom escapes and they chase him

I guess I really didn't think about it but if that soundtrack is somewhat sequential, that means we are are getting an hour and 46 minute movie and pretty much half of it is a lead up to getting their powers?

I know you can enjoy the journey. But after watching the fist Hulk movie, when you watched TIH, you just wanted him to Hulk out pretty quickly.
