Fant4stic: Reborn! - - - Part 37

Does it really matter to the movie what the director and an actor do on their free time? I get it, you want them to fail because you personally have decided you don't like them. Too bad the Fantastic Four fail with them. At least you'll be happy.
I don't dislike Jordan. I think he is a fine young actor who has found himself in a mess, and lashed out a bit. Trank, well he hasn't gotten anything he hasn't earned here. I do find it fascinating that this somehow became my fault. Nothing to do with a horrible production.

It's SHAMEFUL. that people are rooting against this movie and hoping it fails--SHAMEFUL!
Far MORE SHAMEFUL than a studio blowing 130 million in a half-hearted attempt to keep the rights to a franchise they have never had any respect for, while also hurting careers and disappointing loyal diehard fans.
Oh yes, those fans should be ashamed and the studio should be proud of it's actions every step of the way!

Repeatedly stating this as if it's a given truth doesn't make it so.
Denying it won't suddenly make it untrue.

Guess how many of those have fresh RT scores?

So, this movie is just one big bouquet of whoops-a-daisies.

And that is my issue with this project, Fox seems to be half assing it. They aren't half assing Gambit, X-Men: Apocalypse or Deadpool but Fantastic Four has been treated in a half assed manner.

Rotten Tomatoes means diddly squat. Using it to try and prove your point is as meaningless and silly as FOX News and the RNC using national polls to determine which Republican Presidential candidates get to participate in the first official debate on August 6th.

It's ok to like Lone Ranger--I like some movies that people generally don't. But I don't think they're lying when they say they don't like it and I don't think there is a conspiracy against those movies and YES the guy is at Blu-Ray.com---LOL

There's no way you aren't trolling right now.

Remove RT from this conversation and read this: Movies that studios know are garbage, or don't have confidence in, don't get early reviews or screened. This is a well known fact that you keep overlooking (or just doing it to troll).

This thread needs a containment suit--It's all gritty up in here.
This movie is on the come up!
What? It's just the way I talk.

Ok. You are more than welcome to explain to us why you feel Rotten Tomatoes is wrong about the Atlas Shrugged movies. I never realized we had such a vocal fan of them and the other films on that list.

he's not trolling, believe me

Every film has its detractors here. Few lean this negative this early, for this long.

So, how do we determine if a films has reviewed well or not DigificWriter? Do we use magic?

A well-known fact according to what statistics?

I'm sensing pattern with DW. Reminds of him going on and on about the Sony/Marvel "parameters."

This reminds me of an argument I had over Spider-Man's right. A poster was determined to say that Sony could sell the film rights to another studio without Marvel's permission or at least right to first refusal. Because I could not 100% verify what was in the contract, I couldn't say they couldn't do it. :funny:

So, how do we determine if a films has reviewed well or not DigificWriter? Do we use magic?

Relying solely on reviews to determine the quality of a film is pointless, and any site that tracks reviews and uses them to determine a film's quality is also pointless and therefore meaningless.

The quality of a film is not determined by whether or not it's reviewed well and never should be.
