Olalalalla DISASTER !!!!!!!!!! Worst superhero movie from Batman & Robin (I do not believe even Catwoman is better). The film is long long mega and it lasts 1:40 is to say, the origin story takes 3 take ages and my god it's boring, the actors have no charisma, the realization is correct but the worst of the worst! DOOM

It is without doubt the worst villain we got to see, it already appears 30 seconds (no joke) and after it is shipped in a lousy fight in 2 minutes, worse than the treatment of Venom in Spider-man 3 a scandal this film

I just saw a preview and I'm pretty happy with the movie despite the end very fast tonight. I recommend it.

Seen before the first ... my God it's bad the origin story is reminiscent of an episode intro of a tv series that is so long, non strictly nothing epic battle, even with its Antman ants had more class, fighting flared final lap in 2min (we are far from avengers). Doom not even talk. In short it is anything but a marvel good. Remake missed for me and yet the level of old episodes was already low

Seen in preview tonight. Bad, very bad ... especially disappointing for a Marvel who had potential. It missed.

The film is not bad but the origin story is too long, not enough humor ... I do not even know what to say Doom ... such a mess is not pardonable ... 2 5/5

Released ahead first and also very disappointed .... I do not spoilerai too but in summary origin story too long (as we say rharoi already know the purpose even if the story changes a little).
The absentee humor my taste, and too short battle stage, sloppy limit
(- Director: "guys remain 2 minutes film, we finished the movie,"
- His assistant: "the action could have not forgotten ??
-The director: "so what good is sending like this" ---) here is what it feels like action) ...
And where did the charisma mcmahon (one of the many old thing opus), the villain here is flat, very flat ....
1.5 / 5 better than its predecessors, but a banal story, rehearsals, visual defects. Review chronicles

That's it, I saw a preview tonight and frankly I'm really disappointed.
This is a 2005 remake of a reboot as its history is at hand.

Trying not spoiling it consists of a story behind about 1:30, which seems super long since the origins of the FF are known, but trying to arrange a surprise by torchant literally with origins that we know.
Then, in 10 minutes of an ugly confrontation with that we do not recognize and a generic during which we expect potential generic post scene that never comes while this saying holds is true, we don 'to not see a cameo by Stan Lee.

reviews coming in from variety and the wrap are negative

disappointing to say the least

Spoiler about Doom's name:

#Fantasticfour Doom kept his comic book full name Victor Von Doom from Latveria. He's still a hacker with a nihilist edge.

Wow - that's like the Turtles not being aliens.

They should have kept the embargo till september :woot:

A writer/contributed for variety (@@KetchumAtMovies) just tweeted out that he actually loved the movie.

i really wanted this film to be good because i felt they were trying to make a film to stand out in a genre that's so saturated but it sounds like it ended up being as cliche as possible. very disappointing...

I get that.

Then I'm pretty sure he didn't write this review http://variety.com/2015/film/reviews/fantastic-four-review-reboots-marvel-comic-1201555905/

not an embarrassment, but an experiment that didn’t gel. And having seemingly missed twice in trying to get “Fantastic Four” right, the studio, unlike Reed, might want to think seriously before making any more trips back to the drawing board.

He has been proven to be very questionable

Fox released the Rogue cut; this has a better chance of getting a director's cut than TASM2.

TheWrap really nailed the CGI and the origin aspect. I think he was trying to say the final battle was somewhat good but you probably have 'checked out' by then.

But they did penultimately end with this

With all this tedious Tinkertoy origin-story business out of the way, there could certainly be some entertaining “Fantastic Four” adventures in the future with this ensemble.

Definitely negative, but not overly negative

Just seen it. Not bad but would not watch it again in too much of a hurry. not at all as bad as I was expecting but not a definitive F4 movie IMO.

i remember reading that trank interview back in the winter and to me he was saying all of the right things to get me interested. obviously i haven't seen the film yet but all of these reviews are saying the same thing i was hoping this movie would avoid. it makes me wonder if FOX did the same thing here as the wolverine and intervened.

"Fantastic Four feels like a 100-minute trailer for a movie that never happens."

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movie/fantastic-four/review/813140

"The biggest mistake here seems to have been trying to marry a dark and realistic tone with the story of four teenagers whose superpowers include transforming into rock, generating force fields and becoming very stretchy."

Thank god we finally have reviews now!

Seems it will be another fail for Fox. I was thinking, besides the Singer and Vaughn directed X-Men movies, have Fox ever made a good CBM?

i still don't blame the studio for wanting to make the movie drastically different in tone from the previous films but it sounds like the execution wasnt there.
