The cheese factor Is off the charts. One of the only franchises I can think of that could get away with anything. I'm curious on how they'll retire Brian's character.

Damn, that was a fine trailer.

The movie seems to have topped Fast Five and Six. James Wan seems to have made the transition to action effortlessly. Ill be there opening day.

what is this thing?

This is going to be awesome! Still not sure if they should continue the franchise after this one, but I really think FF should be officially considered as a superhero genre. Its just getting more and more ridiculous! Plus I'm pretty sure Kurt Russell gave Vin the whole you not the only superhero speech, Like Nick gave Tony at the end of Iron Man,

About time they added a black woman in one of their movies.

The next one should be called Infuri8.

The cheeeeeeese! You can literally smell the mozzarella! I live it.

Seeing Walker onscreen one last time... :csad:

I always thought it was weird Brian was originally the protagonist, but as the series progressed, the focus shifted to Dom. Hopefully Furious 7 is a good swan song for Brian.

What a hilarious comment on one of the most diverse blockbuster cast... ever.

And I'm really happy that a film with such a diverse cast is making a **** load of cash. Hollywood needs to see that such a thing can be uber successful and give us more of that.:yay:

Just noticed a couple double shots and CGI of Walker. If Walker's brother was given a role in this movie I wonder what it is. Maybe a techie that happens to be O'Connor's brother?

So Paul himself isn't Brian in the Abu Dhabi scenes?

There is a lot that Walker didn't have the chance to film, hence the 4 month delay for rewrites. This wasn't a two scenes left thing like with Hunger Games.

The problem is they made it sound like Walker filmed more then he probably did.

All the rumors I read said that he only shot like 50% of his role. Even without those rumors shutting down the very expensive production for 4 months is a big clue that his lost was disastrous for the film.

I'm not surprised there was spin though. What else would a studio do when something that disastrous happens?

Considering the reaction of a lot of the cast, I am more then willing to believe that the delay in production had just as much to do with the rest of the cast as it did with rewriting the film.

I also can believe that a lot of the "rewrites" were based around how to have Walker's character exit the series, so as to be able to keep it going.

Oh I absolutely agree that how long the shut down was had to do with letting the cast and crew grieve as well.

And I don't disagree with your second paragraph either. The character obviously is not coming back so they had to find a delicate way to write the character out of the franchise.
