Well in the other Catwoman thread there's this dicussion going on that they didn't have to reveal anymore of her than necessary. We have no spy pics so far of her dressed in full costume so the just released the promo of exactly what they were shooting recently because they knew those would be leaked

Yeah , this... Clever enough from WB in my opinion... They showed us exactly what we were going to see in the set pics and nothing more

On the one hand I think thats it silly to 100% say that this isn't the final look just because you don't want it to be, on the other hand I'm praying that this isn't her final look because if Batman can have ears, why can't Catwoman?

Yeah, that's understandable.

I like her look overall although I just feel it makes sense for her to have the cat-eared cowl or something more obviously cat-like (although her suit can give a feline feel) at some point in the film.
It also really seems like this isn't the reveal WB had planned, and considering this is a look from a specific sequence rather than an image only released to establish her presence.. it is reasonable to think there could be something more.

They wouldn't need a nose bridge on a mask unless they were trying to give the impression of a cat face.

I actually think the boots look awful.. shouldn't go up past the knee... but that's just my taste I guess

Okay I have to say this. After much revision, if this does end up being the final look....then I would be disappointed. I could live with it, and it would probably, grow on me, but for the love of god I hope she looks like Catwoman.

Now I have strong faith that this is not the final look and that we will get a fully realized Catwoman, but if it is the final look, then yes I would be disappointed. Not enough to "kill" the movie for me though.

I can buy that to an extent but I just don't understand why they wouldn't release the full image, it's 90% there already.

I highly doubt this if the final look. Unofficially I keep hearing around here that they've taken promo pics of Catwoman with her full outfit but are not releasing them yet because they don't have to.

It accentuates leg length. It couldn't be more lovely in my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised to find it.

Have you ever seen a bat? Batman's mask doesn't look exactly like a bat, yet you can still look at it and tell what he is emulating. And the same goes for this mask. She's Catwoman. She's emulating a cat. It's emulating a cat nose, but it's built to bridge a human nose.

I don't need to have seen many just the one on Anne Hathaway's face. The one underneath your "cat-shaped nose bridge". The one which the exact same shape of said bridge.

Well let me ask you. Do you agree that promo pic makes her look almost like any other woman dressed in leather with high tech glasses on? If so than the full costume could alter your perception, she could truly look like Catwoman with the full reveal. But WB/Nolan don't want to reveal that yet because it can be done later on.

Yeah um I don't see the cat ears, cat eyes, etc. in that pic. I think somebody is over analyzing. I definitely don't see any cat ears in the side spy shots.

Now if she has the cat ears later on in the film that's fine, but as of now, this is ridiculous.

I think people need to give it a rest and lets see what happens, a lot of this character is not presented at this time so no one can make a real decision.
Heck we are not even close to understanding the context of the picture with the story.
