Arya is very smart, courageous and capable of being ruthless.

And incapable of becoming a noone, however as you said yourself she is a Warg and therefore possesses a telepathic abilities, which would make her a appealing addition to the Faceless Men.

I think i've repeated myself enough times by now, if people here think Arya can outsmart the Faceless Men or they think the Faceless Men wanted her for any other reason than her warg abilities, be my guest.

They might want her for something pertaining to Winterfell, or Bran, if GRRM ties their death-cult into the Great Other. Seems like a logical conclusion if you're trying to tie up the narrative.

They could also train Arya as a warg-assassin, and then send their men to Bloodraven's cave. A quick application of mortar and pestle to Bran and Bloodraven could render a paste that would allow Arya to carry out long-distance warg-assassinations ie warging bodies and killing the brain before warging out of them.

I just realise that we are not going to see Roose anymore 😔

I knew Ramsay would kill him but I would have loved for him to be the main antagonist vs Jon

Okay, if Arya being a warg is NOT a reason the Faceless Men wanted her... Can you tell me why? Why would they want an emotional unstable woman who can't even become a noone?

It's because of her telepathic abilities as a Warg! Sheesh, way to miss the obvious.

Excuse me, but did the blind man who straight up said "Arya hasn't shown a bit of progress" just say I missed the obvious?

lol you make it so hard for people to even talk to you... see the following...

In the book all the Stark siblings were wargs. They all had a connection with their dire wolves. Some were more aware of it than others.

In the book, Arya became aware that she was a warg after she was blind. She could see through the eyes of a cat. Her trainers seemed surprised that she knew some stuff that she learned through the cat's eyes. So I don't think her trainers knew she was a warg.

Arya is very smart, courageous and capable of being ruthless. Those are good reasons the faceless men would recruit her.

In the show I don't see any indication Arya is a warg.

How much is the TV show based on the book? I don't know. I'm coming to regard the show as fan faction more and more removed from G.R.R. Martin.

And incapable of becoming a noone, however as you said yourself she is a Warg and therefore possesses a telepathic abilities, which would make her a appealing addition to the Faceless Men.

See this is how a typical Drz conversation goes... You answer his question... he ignores most of the post, but picks up one little quote and pretends to try and educate you.

Once again, Drz, no one said she was going to 'outsmart' the faceless men... we simply said she would escape from them...Jaqen more than likely knows she's playing them false... are you still following? ...

IN THE SHOW....IN THE SHOW....again, IN THE SHOW (which we have been constantly talking about THE SHOW and not what happens in the books in this case)... SHE GOES TO THE FACELESS MEN... THEY DON'T SEND HER COLLEGE RECRUITMENT LETTERS.

They have shown no signs of her being a warg, yet... she doesn't know she's a warg, yet... so that's not even on her resume.

Now, let's see which small portion of this post you actually pay attention to whilst ignoring the rest and probably reporting me. again.

but we're talking about where the show is going... even with some of the book elements it's too late to add all that in now...

use your telepathy, we'll discuss it :funny:

I'm trying to follow this conversation...what is all this stuff about telepathy? That's played zero role in Arya's story. Or have I missed something?

edit. not worth it.

No one knows where telepathy came from except for DrzRRMartin

Simply put warging is possession.

Telepathy is reading and transmitting thoughts.

Both are psychic abilities and some psychic characters in other fiction can do both and other things too perhaps, but that doesn't mean all wargs in this world have this combo plate too.

Professor Arya Xavier ... heh that would work for Bran.

Sansa Grey :D

Jon has an adamantium skeleton too

Kit does want to play Wolverine. It's all connected.

Her and Maisies youtube video from the S6 premiere is fairly entertaining... You can't help but like them.

Being a Warg is a form of telepathy, again, I had no clue I had to explain the concepts to book readers.... In a book reader's thread. :loco::csad:

Also Reek, you got the details wrong again. The Faceless Men did recruit Arya, remember the coin Jaqen gave her? You think the Captain in Westeros was just there by accident waiting for Arya?

The show is a bastard yet you can't help but smile at the beauty of how they handle deaths.

Joffrey went out like the ***** he was to poison.

Tywin went out taking a literal dump, in comparison to the figurative dumps he constantly took on people.

Oberyn died because of his blind rage, and it just so happened that it was his eyes that the mountain took first.

Ned was derided for his honour, but the last thing he does is dishonour himself with a lie before he dies.

Robb was fatally stabbed in the place that arguably cost him the war.

Roose went out in the same manner, not only in where he was stabbed but also through betrayal.

And I have a feeling that once Rambo bites it, the viewer is going to get to savour every gruesome bit.

Luckily, I kept your original post to once again point out your condescension.

Jaqen gave her the option to come join him... so sure, he recruited her in that way... He, however, did not recruit her and want her because of her being a warg as no one knew she was unless Jaqen can see the future now, which I assume is also a part of your insane theories.

I also assume... Since Jaqen can magically see the future now... that when he gave her the coin he knew the Hound would 'die' and she would go to that exact port at the exact moment she needed to? Right?

You sir... are the King of Lies.

Arya was already warging, by the time of Clash of Kings having her wolf dreams. Jaqen knows about this, because he had studied her.

Tell me, what other value does Arya bring to the organisation? She can't become a Noone and she is reckless.

Her warging capability is her only advantage.

Look, I know you're gonna say "the tv show doesn't have her as a Warg" but this is an adaptation of the books, just because D&D create these plotholes and badly motivated characters, doesn't mean we readers, cannot fill in these gaps of logic, with the source material.

that exact port at the exact moment she needed to? Right?
Saltpans was the closest port from Harrenhall, book wise this makes sense that the Faceless Men ascociate would be waiting for her, tv wise it doesn't make as much sense due to the Vale plot.

Are you telling me an unimportant port like Saltpans, out of all the possible ships is just a coincidence that it's a Bravoosi ship?

This is also why Rorge & Biter we're searching for Arya and why they burn down Salttowns.

Luckily, I kept your original post to once again point out your condescension.

Good for you?:yay: Since you saw the original post, I'll stick with my recommendation. Re-reading the Arya chapters and Feast for Crows Brienne chapters answer your questions.

For the love of God... we are talking about Arya in the show. Speaking of re-reading, how about you re-read my posts where I have said that multiple times.

You aren't even worth talking to anymore because you simply read what you want to read.

I don't need to be condescending like you... I can just post facts. Try it sometime.

Wait, was that condescending?

What's the point of this book reader's topic if we can't even discuss the plot holes, gaps of logic, etc. if whenever mentioning the books just results to "lol this is the tv show, not the books".

You have the general discussion for the tv-only talks, you can leave the book readers to speculate things using the source material. =)

No one has said we can't talk about the plot holes, gaps of logic, etc... If you... ahem.. RE-READ the thread (actually read it, instead of making up the bull**** in your head and only reading the parts you want to)... you will see I have openly complained about the plot holes and gaps of logic... Even some new user told me he was 'tired of my bs' because of it.

You aren't talking about any of that. You keep on and on referring to the show as if it is following the books, which it is not. There have been no signs of Arya being a warg or telepath. There has been clear progress in her training. Yes it was a montage that you hated, but you even said 'ok sure she has made progress'... you simply whined because you didn't like the montage.

I will give you credit though... through all your nonsense you said one thing right... "lol this is the tv show, not the books". Maybe you should re-read your own statement.

oh, and just in case you try to pretend you weren't talking about the show... or simply do your 'Drz thing' and make up something entirely..

Well I mean, it's like giving her pity progress. That montage was terrible, but I guess you can say she progressed hahah.

...You have been literally talking about the show... then acting like other's are ignorant... then try to pull the whole 'well i'm just pointing out the plotholes when compared to the books' crap.

Eesh .. this is me telepathically telling you I don't care anymore. you blatantly snail just to snail.

Reek....Drz.....you will now put each other on ignore.

You will not respond to posts made by each other.

You will not mention each other in posts from now on.

You both do not exist to each other any more.

There will be no more contact between each other.

I hope this clear....
