Jorah wouldn't have spoken to his father, as they were estranged. Jeor's biggest shame and regret is that Jorah never had the courage to take responsibility for his crimes and join the Night's Watch

I see Tyrion playing a huge role in convincing Dany to ally with Jon to fight the White Walkers. He still feels a huge debt to their family is owed by his family. Dany seems open to the idea of giving the Lords of the region some autonomy so long as they abide by certain rules and the Starks certainly seem to fit within her ideology. Jorah told her that he was exiled by Ned for allowing slavers. It's possible he had some correspondence with his dad and knows of Jon and some of the goings on north of the Wall.

Theon as well. Plus Tyrion's affection for Sansa. I see little chance there will be Stark/Targaryen standoff. They are natural allies.

Agreed. His affection is less romantic and more platonic.

That is definitely suggested to be the case in the show, but in terms of the books, Tyrion makes his desire for Sansa quite clear.

I heard Sansa has crabs. Don't hold it against me though.

i just finished listening to the whole soundtrack, its pretty great even though some of the songs are different sounding in the show.

Ramin Djawadi knocked it out of the park this season. I love all the new variations old themes and the new pieces. Listening to Blood of my Blood.:hmr: I noticed that he is lowering the vocal range and adding more bass into Dany's hero theme.

Light of the Seven is really beautiful.

Based on The Winds of Winter music the last scene of the season must be a Dany scene.

Im guessing its her and her ships sailing to Westeros. Crazy to think that Dany is finally going to Westeros. After all this time its finally happening.

Weird that they'd name something like "The Winds of Winter" after Dany.

"Let's Play a Game" was pretty amazing and tense.

Well, it could be something pretty small, like maybe we see her enter her ship, shiver momentarily, and wrap her cloak tighter around herself, and then a single snowflake floats by...

The final music track of the season isnt always named based on what happens in the last scene. Season 4's last scene of Arya selling to Bravos had "The Children" playing over it.

I think what Ramin does is he just gives the final track the same title as the final episode. Regardless of whether that title refers to the scene the track will be playing over.

I suppose he's done that for the last three seasons. The only exceptions are "Finale" for season 1, and for season 2 he used the last episode's title for Jaqen's theme "Valar Morghulis"

Care to use some spoiler tags there, Marvolo?

On another note, something Tyrion said in the last episode got me thinking about Dany's name. Tyrion tell the Master, ""Remind them what happened when Daenerys Stormborn and her dragons came to Meereen."

The fact Tyrion and others refer to her as Stormborn as much as if not more than Targaryen got me wondering if Dany could or would ever officially change her house name to House Stormborn after herself and give her bloodline a new start without all the stigma that comes with the Targaryen name. She would still have a right to the throne because by blood she would still be a Targaryen.

It's probably just typical Westerosi title/nickname convention. They refer to Euron as "Euron Crow's Eye" more often than they use his actual surname, and it's happened a few times in the past with the Stark kings getting names that are used in place of their family name.

OR WHAT IF

Its not Dany's theme... its the Targ theme and we just find out who Jon really is :o :o :o

LOLno.

Euron Crow's Eye would make a terrible house name. :funny:

I know Stormborn is just a nickname, but its a name and story that is known worldwide. If i was her when all the fighting is over and I was settled Id rename the House to signify the new order in Westeros and a new beginning. And when anyone thinks of her descendants and think of her house they will think of her Daenerys Stormborn and not all the countless Targs that preceeded her.

Plus I just think that her descendants being known as "The Stormborn" would be badass.

But it probably won't happen so I won't get my hopes up.

:huh:I havent posted any spoilers. Im not going to tag mild speculation in the spoiler thread.

What you said about the [BLACKOUT]last scene of the season being a Dany scene[/BLACKOUT] based on the soundtrack can be considered a spoiler.

Well they could always go by his other nickname "Bloodeye" with this as their Sigil:

Words: "We are some Sauron looking ****ers."

In before Tumblr starts shipping Sansa and Euron as Sauron :o

Speculation about what the last scene of the season will be is not a spoiler. Even if it was, this is this spoiler thread. Spoilers are allowed. We only tag major spoilers in here. We rarely tag speculation.

I mean, in a season based on powerful women, I wouldn't expect it to be anything but a Dany scene.
