I think him letting Lyanna give Jon whatever name she wanted fits well with how Barristan was describing Rhaegar to Dany.

I don't think Rhaegar ever considered the child he'd conceived was a male. He already had the Prince Who Was Promised in the form of Aegon (whose mother was also not a Targaryen) so he was more concerned with having a Visenya to complete the set of Aegon's sister-wives.

Well I figured Jon isn't an uncommon a name in the north. I'm sure there were a few Jon Starks. Plus, it might have been perceived as a slight to name a bastard after a high lord.

Euron joined Game of Thrones in season six where he murdered his own brother Balon and claimed the Salt Throne for himself.

Well, I want to believe him because the Book Euron is basically Saruman to the Great Other's Sauron/Morgoth, but those spoilers that got out didn't exactly depict Euron as anything especially impressive and his role in Season 6 was massively underwhelming. It's just Hype more than likely.

Youre probably right. Unless they filmed something and somehow kept it from leaking but the chances of that arent high. GOT productions leak like a sieve.
