but seriously, Batman Begins came out in '05. I was in 5th grade going into 6th. TDK was in 8th grade going into 9th. And now Batman 3 the summer after I graduate? It is just a weird feeling. These movie spanned a better part of my life. I am looking forward to seeing this movie so much. It will be a very emotional event for me I can tell you that. My father and I have seen Begins and TDK with each other. And It wont change for Batman 3.

my dad likes to see the movie when it is outta theaters on dvd/bluray, so we dont get to see them in theaters, but we do still watch TAS sometimes

Some of you need to calm down. Getting the 3rd Nolan Bat film in the Summer of 2012 is just fine and by taking their time with the production, we will most likely end up getting a better film because of it.

Well, to all those saying Warners wont pit Bats against the cinematic cerberus that is summer 2011, i was at the Con today and over t the DC camp i spoke with someone in their film department, and posed to him this same concern. He reassured me with something like "We will put Batman up against anything anytime, and laugh when it rolls over the competition. We do not care" . seriously. i got chills.
